Another notable award is the Presidents Award for Educational Excellence. This is given by the Presidents Edu

14、cation Awards Program each year to students all over the United States. This award is offered to elementary school, middle school and high school students. To be eligible (有资格的 ) for this award, middle school and elementary school students must earn an average grade of 90 or above on a 109 point sca
