1、【中文摘要】 随着经济活动的全球化,英语日益成为国际交往的重要工具,英语教育的低龄化使幼儿园英语教育逐渐成为教育界的一个热点话题。本研究通过对南昌市幼儿园英语教育的现状调查,探讨了英语教育中存在的问题,针对所存在的问题,在南昌市凤凰城上海实验幼儿园进行了实践探索。 本研究是基于儿童语言获得理论、认知相互作用论、克拉申的“ 习得与学得假设”和“ 情感过滤假设” 、话语理论以及学前儿童语言教育观。主要采用问卷调查、访谈、观察等研究方法调查了南昌市幼儿园英语教育中的现状,包括:对幼儿英语教育的认识、幼儿英语教育工作的实施内容和途径、家园合作以及幼儿英语教师的情况。调查发现,多数园长和教师能认识到幼儿
2、园英语教育工作开展的重要性和通过语言环境来学习英语的必要性;大部分教师能清醒的看到自己在专业技能上的不足。同时也发现了一些问题:幼儿园忽视了英语教育对幼儿发展的内在价值;教育目标不能满足家长的需要;教育内容偏难;教育组织形式陈旧,教育方法单调;评价标准较单一;英语教师的教育水平不高;家园合作不容乐观等。 针对所发现的问题,作者在南昌市凤凰城上海实验幼儿园进行了幼儿英语教育的实践探索。具体的实施步骤是:制定教育目标;培训合格师资;选择教育内容;确定实施途径;检查评估教学。凤凰城上海实验幼儿园英语教育的目标定位是培养幼儿对英语的兴趣,树立学习英语的自信心,培养英文语言感觉和形成优良个性;对教育内容
3、的选择,注重挖掘融合优势,采用了自编教材结合辅助材料进行教学的形式,科学制定教学容量,力争做到集趣味性、多样性和可塑性为一体。实施幼儿英语教育的途径包括音乐化的学习方式、游戏化的学习过程、戏剧化的情境表演、故事化的教学主题等课堂教学途径以及教师、家长共同为幼儿营造的丰富的幼儿园课外活动环境、家庭环境和社会环境;以“以保证质量为前提,实现数量与速度的协调发展” 为指导思想,提出了幼儿英语专业师资培训工作的具体实施方案。 【英文摘要】 The globalization of the world economy makes English a more and more important lan
4、guage tool in international communication. More and more children begin to learn English, which makes English Education in kindergarten become a hot issue. This paper makes a investigation of kindergartens in Nanchang City, probes into the problems of English education. Based on the analysis, the au
5、thor has a practical research in Shanghai experimental phoenix Kindergarten.The study is based on Theory of Language Acquisition of Children-Cognitive Interaction Model, the Natural Route Hypothesis and the Affective Filter Hypothesis posed by Krashen,Discourse Theory and the Ideas of Pre-school Chi
6、ldrens Language Education.The main methods in the study are questionnaire, interview and observation. The main contents included in the study are as follows: understanding of English education; contents and ways of English education; cooperation between family and Kindergarten;conditions about Engli
7、sh teachers etc. We find, most of the leads of kindergartens and teachers can realize the importance of English education in kindergartens and the necessary of language acquisition by setting up language environment. Most of the teachers can realize their own deficiencies. At the same time, some pro
8、blems about English education in kindergartens are found. Firstly, leaders of kindergartens and teachers have one-side idea. Secondly, different kindergartens have different education contents by kinds of teaching materials. Thirdly, the leaders of kindergartens and teachers have realized the import
9、ance of setting up language environment, but it is difficult to perform. Finally, the educational levels of the English teachers need to be improved.Aiming at solving these problems, some practices are carried out in Shanghai experimental phoenix Kindergarten.
