1、Lesson 18 Little Zeke Sends an E-mail 一、教学目标: 知识与技能目标: 1)能借助图片听懂并且读懂本课故事,并养成按意群阅读的习惯。 2)能听懂课堂用语并能按照老师的指令去活动 情感态度目标: 1)营造愉悦学习氛围,促使学生积极参与主动学习。 2)通过多样性的教学活动和教学评价,激发学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性, 鼓励学生主动参与、积极合作、敢于开口,乐于进行语言的学习和交流。 学习策略目标 1)帮助学生在词语与相应事物之间建立联想。 2)引导学生学会运用知识,与他人合作学习,提高学生的合作 意识和参与 意识,提高学习的积极性和主动性。 二、教学重点及难点

2、重点: 能在教师的帮助和图片的提示下描述讲述本课的小故事。 难点: 能根据图片,词语或例句的提示完成相应练习。 三、 教学准备:多媒体课件、录音机、习题纸,奖 励的卡通橡皮 四、教法和学法 (一)教法 依据英语教学的直观性,趣味性、实践性原则,我主要采用了直观演示、 多媒体辅助、小组合作学习的教学方法,充分发挥了学生的学习主体性,进而 培养他们学以致用的能力。 (二)学法 以活动,合作为主线,引导学生通过比较,观察和参与合作的方式进行学 习。 五、教学过程 1. Greetings and warming-up. T: Is everyone here? Im very happy to te

3、ach you English this class. Are yo u ready for class? S: Yes, Im ready. T: Nice to meet you. S: Nice to meet you, too. T: Hows the weather today? S: Its a sunny day. T: I like this sunny day. I feel very happy. Do you feel happy? S: Yes. ( 自由对话能促进师生之间的融洽关系,能迅速将学生带入英语学习的氛围) 2. Presentation. T: We kno

4、w Li Ming, Jenny and Danny are in Beijing. Theyre having fun. Look! What are they doing? S: Laughing/flying a kite/taking a picture/shopping T: Is Jenny happy? S: Yes. T: But now Jenny is sad. Why? Because Jenny mi sses her mother very much. She wants to say hello to her mother? What does she do? (

Whats this? Can you guess? S: computer. T: Yeah, you are very clever! Do you like to play computers? S: y

6、es! T: (出示幻灯片)with computers, we can play games, we can study, we can watch a movie. And we can also send an e-mail. Look! Danny, Jenny and Li Ming ar e here. What are they doing? S: They are sending an e-mail. T: Excellent! T: now, lets learn a story “ Little Zeke sends an e-mail”. Who is Little Ze

7、ke? Look! this is Emma and Little Zeke. Little Zeke is Emmas friend. They w ant to send an e-mail to Emma. But what happened? Watch the video and answer the two questions. Where is Emma live? Its Little Zeke. Now, open your book, turn to page 89. I give you three minutes to read by yourselves. Ok? Then

Little Zeke makes a mistake. Please write an e-mail to him and give him som e suggestions.
