Warming-up / Revision (5 ) 1)Sing a song: Days of the Week. 2)Review the words about the days of the week. 复备: 2. Presentation (15 ) 1)Ask and answer.

4、 T: How many days are there in a week? Ss: There are seven days in a week. T: How many days are there in a year? Ss: There are 365 days in a year. T拿出准备好的日历,ask Ss:How many months are there in a year? 借助日历让学生理解 months的含义, 并板书 months. 2)Look, listen and read by themselves. 1.播放录音,教师随着录音的内容引导学生初步理解课文

5、内容。 2.T:Do you know what months they are talking about? Please read by yourselves and find the names of the months 3)Listen to the tape again and repeat. 3. Practice (15 ) 1)Ask and answer. Practise in pairs. Which is the first month of the year? What holiday is in January? Which is the second month

What holiday is in February? 2)Play a game. 猜月份游戏。学生四人一组,每个小组发一张白纸,要求 每组裁成四小张,每张写上 12月的英文及其节日,然 后把反面扣在桌上,学生一个一个来猜,每个学生猜一张, 先说英语单词,再翻开卡片,看到单词再说一个句子,例: January is the first month of the year.猜对并句子 说对的学生赢的卡片,谁卡片多,谁是冠军。 4. 11、-up / Revision (3) 1)Sing a song: Months of the Year. 2)Review the words : January, February 2. Presentation (20 ) 1)教师提问学生的生日:Whose birthday is in 复备: January / February? 让生日在 12 月的学生到前边逐 个介绍自己的生日,例如:Hi! Im xxMy birthday is in January让下面的学生注意听,尽力记住每个人的生 日月份(不能用笔记录)。然后学生按任意顺序站成一排, 让下面的学生凭记忆说出他们的生日。从

12、第一个开始,教 师说 This is Start! 学生开始抢答,答对者得一分。 看看谁的瞬间记忆好。 2)把数量相等的 12 月的英语单词分别写在纸条上,然 后学生抽签得到自己的月份,按照月份分成小组,以月份 名称为组名,如 January Group;各小组讨论在自己的月 份里有哪些节日,学校有哪些活动,周围的人会进行哪些 活动。用英语记下来,不会的可以用图画表示。最后向全 班介绍展示讨论结果。 3)Just write. 3. Practice (17 ) 1)教师请学生分成小组完成学生用书第 46页的制作讨论 活动。鼓励学生联想以前学过的句型来交流,例:Who is this? Whe

Practice (17 ) 1)教师请学生分成小组完成学生用书第 50页的制作讨论 活动。用硬纸板制作小相册,把小组各个成员的照片按照 时间分类贴在相册上,然后使用气泡中提示的语言进行讨 论交流。鼓励学生联想复习以前学过的表达方式并运用到 交流中来。例如:Who is this? Where is he / she? Do you l

24、ike . ? 2)小组成员围成一圈坐着,把照片收集在一起,打乱顺 序反扣在桌子上,像玩扑克牌一样每人摸起一张,不要让 下家看到照片内容。每个人让下家猜:Who is this? Which month is it? What is he / she doing? 如果下 家全部猜对,就赢得这张“牌”。依次进行,玩完一圈后 接着重新摸“牌”,继续游戏。 3)学生分组谈论自己的日历卡片,教师号召学生多使用 学过的英语语言。 4. Additional activities/Homework 1)Finish the activity book. 2)抄写或背诵本课的词句。 板书设计: Unit

Reading and drawing.TPR. 五、学法: Listening and reading. 六、教学准备:录音磁带。 教 学 过 程 1热身 / 复习 (Warming-up / Revision) 1)播放歌曲 Months of the Year,教师与学生一起欣赏, 复备: 暂时不要求学生跟唱。 2)教师随便抽取学生卡片中的三张贴到黑板上,做猜卡 片游戏。首先请一名学生悄悄地选中三张图中的一张

28、,告 诉教师。然后同学们通过提问猜出他选中的那张图。猜中 者发放小红花奖励。 2新课导入 (Presentation) 1)教师赞扬学生的卡片做得好,然后展示自己的几张卡 片(56 月),为大家一一介绍,引导学习本课的单词 和句子。 2)教师请学生试着说出他们所知道的有关 56 月的相关 信息,如节日等,引导学生探究学习,说对者教师及时给 予鼓励。 3)展示教学挂图,播放录音,教师随着录音内容指示挂 图中的内容。 教师提问:Do you know what months they are talking about? Please listen again and find the names

29、 of the months 4)首先让学生听听 5月用英语怎么说。利用暂停健,反 复播放第一段,直到有学生说出 May, 教师奖给该学生贴 纸,并板书 May让大家一起认读。 继续播放录音让学生依次回答问题: In May, there is a holidayDo you know what holiday is in May? Yes, its Labour DayIts warm in May What are the people in the picture doing? Yes, they are singing and dancing 5)再从头放录音,让学生看挂图跟读。 6)

30、用同样的方法学习后面的一段话。借助图片、简笔画 和手势动作帮助学生理解文中生词的意思,必要的地方可 以用汉语适当解释。 7)理解后,让学生再完整地听一边录音,这一次要求学 生跟读,模仿语音语调。 3趣味操练 (Practice) 1)教师征求学生意见,愿不愿意在模仿录音的基础上, 创造性地谈论本课图片,学生先在组内谈论,然后班内交 流,教师和学生共同评价。参考问题: Which is the fifth month of the year? What holiday is in May? What are people doing in May? Which is the sixth mont

What are children doing in June? 2)日历游戏: 学生 4人一组,玩猜月份游戏。每组发放 16 月日历卡 片,卡片正面写着月份的英文。把卡片反扣在课桌上,让 学生依次猜是哪个月份,每个学生一次只能猜一张。先说 一个月份的英语单词,再翻开一张卡片,猜对的可以赢得 卡片,看谁赢得多。此游戏可以反复进行。 3)教师请同学们分成小组,说说自己喜爱的月份和节日, 挑出相关图片,用自己的语言进行描述。 4)四个学生根据课本内容和自由讨论的内容,分别到前 面表演 56 月份的活动,每人表演一种动作

32、,让下面的 学生猜表演的动作是哪一个月的:Is it in June? Are you singing and dancing? 4. Practice (20 ) 1)绘画讨论: 组织学生分组完成课本第 52页的活动。可以分成 May Group, June Group等。小组讨论自己月份的常见活动, 然后用图画表现出来。最后小组成员一起编对话,展示给 大家。例如:I like JuneJune is the sixth month of the yearLook!
