When I got back inside, I was proud of what I was able to do. The next night I did the same. I wasn quick or fit, but I went outside and did something. The running

21、continued for 2 months until I finally had courage to go to the gym, where I started swimming, as I used to do in high school. A month went by, and I started lifting weight and continually running. Looking back, I can see that exercise helped cure ( 治愈 ) my depression, but it didn t only do that. At

22、 the gym, I met new friends and back at my dorm, I grew confident to play Super Smash Brothers with my classmates. Now, I exercise for one hour and a half every day and look forward to that.
