1、国际经济法学院 交流项目 项目一 ： THE STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM BETWEEN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE AND CHINA UNIVERSITY OF POLITICAL SCIENCE AND LAW 各位同学： 由于今年与新加坡国立大学的交换协议到期，需要续签协议，因此一直未能收到新加坡国立大学关于交换生的最终答复。今天刚收到新加坡国立大学的最后答复，可以接收交换生，但是由于时间紧迫（报名后需在线申报），截止报名时间为 2010 年 10 月 13 日（周三）下午 3点。因此欲报名的同学请根据通知准备好材料，抓紧时间

Selection of Participants Participation in the Student Exchange Program (hereinafter refer to Program) is only limited to LL.B students. III. Qualifications 1.All candidates must have completed at least one yea
3、r of law studies at CUPL prior to participation in the Program and have strong academic standing. 2. All candidates must be proficient in English language in order to benefit from their studies at NUS, as the medium of instruction in NUS is English. All candidates should submit the following test sc
4、ores as evidence of their English language proficiency to Faculty of International Law (TOEFL/IELTS scores are only valid for 2 years from the test date): a) The minimum scores for Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) should be as follows: (i) 600 for the paper-based test; or (ii) 250 for t
5、he computer-based test; or (iii) 100 for the internet-based test b) The minimum score for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) should be 6.5. Number of Exchange Students: Two (2) exchange students for each academic year. II. Selection of Participants Participation in the S
12、tudent Exchange Program (hereinafter refer to Program) is limited to those students: a) Undergraduate students in their third year or higher; b) Graduate students. III. Qualifications 1. All candidates for the Student Exchange Program to Dalhousie University must be enrolled in their third bachelor
13、year or higher of law studies at CUPL and will be in good academic standing. 2. If taking courses with English language requirements, all candidates must have suitable levels of language ability for the study of such subjects at Dalhousie University. a) The minimum scores for Test of English as a Fo

21、三 ： 2010 年英国皇家仲裁员协会仲裁员资格培训 经过全方位考察和多年友好合作，中国政法大学于 2008 年获得了英国皇家仲裁员协会（ The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators 简称 CIA）关于举办准会员 (Associate Membership)和正式会员 (Membership)培训的授权，成为中国大陆地区唯一一所能够举办该培训的机构。中国政法大学国际法学院于 2008年和 2009年已经成功地举办了培训课程以及准会员和正式会员 的资格考试，取得了良好的效果。 2010 年的培训课程将于 10 月 22 日至 24 日举行。 CIA 成立于 19

26、生提供优质法学教育，法学院已建立众多专门法律教研领域，如：中国法、比较法、香港法律、商业法、环境 保护法、宪法、人权法、刑法、世界贸易组织法、国际贸易及投资法律、国际经济法等。 二、 LLM 项目的目标 该项目旨在为有法律背景的参与者提供一个提高他们专业能力，专业知识的机会 。 三、 LLM 项目可授予的学位 该项目可授予中国法与比较法法学硕士、国际经济法法学硕士、普通法法学硕士、法学硕士四个学位。 四、教学语言 中国法和比较法、国际经济法、法学均提供中文和英文两种教学模式，教学指导和教学评估的语言也为中文（普通话）和英文。 普通法学只提供英语教学，教学指导和评估也均为英文。 五、上课时间 大
27、 部分课程安排在周一至周五晚上以及周六下午，也有一部分课程安排在周一至周五的白天。 六、学分要求 普通法学硕士的最低学分要求为 30 学分，中国法与比较法法学硕士、国际经济法法学硕士、法学硕士为 32 学分。 七、学制 全日制的为一年，最长不超过 2.5 年。在职的为 2 年，最长不超过 5 年。 八、学费 2010 -2011 学年的学费为每学分 HK$3,010，普通法法学硕士为 30 学分，中国法与比较法法学硕士、国际经济法法学硕士、法学硕士为 32 学分。 九、报名截止日期 该项目全年接受报名，每年有两次审核报名申请 的机会，春季报名审核截止时间是 2010 年5 月 31 日。 十、
28、入学要求 （一）一般要求 1、在香港获得一个学士学位，或在海外其他学校获得一个学士学位；或者 2、被香港城市大学认可的其他同等学力。 3、 语言要求 （ 1）托福试 (TOEFL)550 分或以上之成绩 (即托福电脑考卷 213 分 /互联网考卷 79 分或以上 )；或 （ 2）雅思国际英语语言测试 (IELTS)总级别 6.0 或以上；或 （ 3）国家大学英语考试 (六级 ) 490 分。其它同等的认可资历亦作考虑。 （二）拟申请攻读 LL.M 项目者，还应满足以下要求 ： 1、学历要求 （ 1）已取得一个法律学位或者同等学历；或 （ 2）在香港或其他地区取得法律职业资格；或 （ 3）在取得

31、blems in International Investment Law 课程。 2、与中华人民共和国最高人民法院和哥伦比亚大学法学院的合作 香港城市大学与中华人民共和国最高人民法院和国家法官学院签订了一份协议，为中国的法官提供进修的机会。根据协议，每年会 有 30 名法官到城市大学攻读法律硕士学位，在城市大学学习期间，他们有机会去哥伦比亚大学进行为期一个月的学习，期间将安排他们到华盛顿美国联邦最高法院和美国司法部访问学习。 十二、住宿 学校为学生提供校内住宿，欢迎非本地学生申请。但由于校内住宿有限，因此很难保证每位申请人都能获得申请。必要时申请人需在校外寻找住宿。 学生宿舍住宿费 研究生宿
