1、延边大学来华留学生安全行为保证书为维护学校良好的教学秩序，保障留学生的人身安全，保证留学生能够顺利完成学业，根据中国相关法律、法规及学校的有关规定，学校留学生办公室特制定本保证书。一、 遵守中国法律、外国人管理条例及学校规章制度，尊重中国的社会公德和风俗习惯。二、 按照延边朝鲜族自治州出入境管理局的有关规定办理居留许可及变更、延期手续。三、 需在校外住宿的留学生必须向留学生办公室提出申请、取得批准并办理相关手续，在校外住宿必须到当地派出所办理住宿手续，在外住宿期间注意治安、消防、人身与财产安全；居住地、签证种类或联系电话有变更时，应及时到当地派出所办理变更手续并告知留学生办公室，逾期未登记或办
2、理手续造成的法律后果，由学生本人承担。四、 在校外居住期间发生人身伤害或财产损失等情况时，应及时与当地派出所等相关部门取得联系,并由学生本人承担相应责任。校方可协助相关部门进行处理，但对事故后果不承担任何责任。五、 遵守宿舍管理规定。禁止存放易燃、易爆和有毒物品，注意消防安全；工作人员可随时进入宿舍进行安全检查。六、 禁止损坏、拆卸、改装宿舍楼内设备和线路，爱护消防设施。七、 严禁利用宿舍从事违反法律和校规的活动。所住房间不得私自转让、转租或留宿他人。八、 离开宿舍要锁好门、关好窗，不轻易将房间钥匙交给他人，以免被盗配。九、 妥善保管好个人财物，应将多余的现金存入银行，贵重物品不要随意存放在教
3、室、图书馆等公共场所。十、 换汇一定要去银行，不要在私人商店或个人处换汇。在非正式营业点换汇是违法行为。十一、 保持教学及生活场所的清净，不得大声喧哗、高声放音乐、电视等，以免影响周围人的学习与休息。校园建筑物内禁止吸烟。十二、 在公交车或商场等人员拥挤的地方，应保管好个人财物，防止被小偷扒窃。十三、 驾驶机动车的学生务必取得相应的机动车驾驶证，并携带驾驶证到留学生办公室填写机动车驾驶申请表，取得办公室批准后才可驾驶；严禁酒后开车、飙车。十四、 不得在校园、宿舍等禁放区燃放烟花爆竹。十五、 严禁到江、河、湖泊、水库等非正规游泳场所游泳或到自然条件险恶的地方游玩。十六、 严禁赌博、酗酒、打架斗殴

Observe Chinese laws and rules and Yanbian Universitys regulations

Follow the relevant regulations set by the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Public Security Bureau of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture to apply for the residence permit and the change or extension procedures.3. Foreign students w
7、ho want to apply for living off-campus should fill out the application, get permission from Foreign Students Office and finish all the relevant procedures including registering at local police station. Students living off-campus are responsible for their fire safety, personal and property security.
8、Students should inform the Foreign Students office and register again at the local police station when address or type of visa changes. Students are responsible for all the consequences caused by overdue registration or application.4. Students living off-campus should report to local police station

10、he Accommodation regulations. The flammable, explosive and poisonous substances are prohibited in the dormitory and attention should be paid to the fire prevention. 11、uipments. Students should protect the fire facilities.7. Activities against Chinese laws or Yanbian Universitys regulations are forbidden by using dormitory. Subleasing and transferring of the room are prohibited. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight in the dormitory.8. Lock the door and clo
12、se the windows before leaving the dormitory. Do not give the keys to others in case of pilferage. 9. Take care of all personal belongings and dont keep cash in the dormitory. Valuables should not be put arbitrarily in the public places such as classrooms and library.10. Go to the bank for currency e
13、xchange instead of private stores or personal places. It is illegal to exchange currency in non-official business places in China. 11. Keep quiet and clean in any teaching area, living places and other public places. Noises and loud music that may disturb others are not allowed. Do not smoke in any
14、no-smoking areas including all the buildings in campus.12. Keep your belongings properly in case of steal in bus, shopping mall or other crowded places.13. Students who want to drive motor vehicles should get driving license first and take the license to Foreign Students Office to fill out the appli
15、cation form of driving. Only the ones who get permission from Foreign Students Office can drive. Drunk driving and drag racing are strictly prohibited.14. No firecrackers in banned areas such as campus and dormitory. 15. No swimming in the insecure places such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs or playing
