1、上海英格尔基本信息Shanghai Ingeer Basic Information上海英格尔认证有限公司成立于2000年3月15日，于2003年8月22日和2007年3月先后获得中国认证认可监督委员会的批准从事质量管理体系和环境管理体系的认证活动；2004年6月21日获得中国合格评定委员会（CNAS）认可， 2004年 9月29日获得荷兰认可委（RVA）认可，2006年4月12日获得英国认可委（UKAS）的认可。Shanghai Ingeer Certification Assessment Services Ltd was established in March 15, 2000. In
2、 June 21, 2004, it was recognize by China Committee on Conformity Assessment (CNAS). In September 29 of the same year, it was recognize by the Netherlands Venezuela (RVA), and in April 12, 2006, the British Committee (UKAS) recognized it. In March 2007, ICAS has obtained China Certification and Accr

15、审核方无利益关系；Certification decision officers must be non-audit executives and do not have interest relation with the audited party.审核：实施审核的人员与被审核方无任何利益关系；Audit: Implementation of the audit staff must not have interest relation with the audited Party 英格尔已安排适当的资金作为风险基金以解决其运作或活动引发的责任。据国家认监委的要求，英格尔为公司投入三百万元

If any consulting company claims that ICAS partnership
25、or subcontract guarantee to pass the audit, or make it easier to audit through publicity, these are deceptive information. 英格尔向客户收取服务费用以维持其注册体系和自身的运作，并公开其认证服务的费用。对任何企业一视同仁。Ingeer charges the services to the customers in order to maintain their registration system and its own operations and open the expenses of its certification services.
