茶皂素的提取及应用摘要：本研究利用醇水溶液法，从茶籽中提取茶皂素，通过实验发现，与其它提取茶皂素的方法相比而言，本方法具有工艺简单，成本较低，所得产品颜色浅，含量及得率较高等优点，能完全适用于工厂生产操作。关键词：茶皂素；提取；应用；醇水溶液法Abstract: By the method mellow watery solution law, this research distilled the tea spooning from the tea seed.
