26、的准确性和精度要求,也不断提高对数据采集精度的要求。高精确度已经是一个数据采集设计的重要研究方向。要求数据采集的精度及速度要远远高于目前的诸多其他领域。比如在工业领域,现场监测,实验室,地质勘探,地震监测等领域需要很高的数据采集精度。这个课题也正是为了满足这些方面的需求。开发一种精度种高,功耗低,体积小,成本低的数据采集系统,并将其整合在目前的模拟设备或感应器中,使之成为可与数控加工设备的精密连接的电脑数字设备。目前的计算机技术,数字电子技术的发展非常迅猛,各种模拟与数字的混合装置正在大规模的出现。为了简化产品的设计过程,降低了研究和开发周期,也使系统更加稳定可靠,本课题采用的是TI(德州仪器
27、)公司生产的更为强大切集成度更高的MSC1210Y3,设计一种精度高,功耗低,体积小,兼容性强并增加了数据采集的可调化。模拟信号数字滤波MUX程序控制放大SCMMCU显示COMPUTER模拟信号模拟信号图11数据采集器的基本结构该MSC1210系列是一种完全集成的混合信号组件,它具有24个高精度的()模数转换,8通道多路开关,可以选择输入缓冲区,位移D/A转换器(失调DAC),增加放大器(PGA)的可编程,温度传感器,内部基准电压源,8个微处理器,程序/数据闪存,数据SRAM等组成。在模拟性能方面,MSC1210系统可以获得较低水平的差分信号或直接由传感器传输的单端信号。其ADC的数据输出速度

29、输出采样数据,而且还可以在前端建立增加(PGA)和过滤器的形式。此外,如果系统具有参考电源,MSC1210的ADC的演示程序可以通过改变ADCCON0寄存器(SFR的大昌行)的值选择使用内部参考电压还是外部施加电压,也可以选择是使用单极性输入还是双极性输入。通过MSC1210ADCDEMO程序也可以随时监测上述寄存器的工作状态。在数据展示时,MSC1210ADCDEMO程序可借小数点,十六进制系统和实际电压值三种方式显示可精确到小数点后8位的数值。同时,也有一些图形化的显示方式。可节省在计算机配置文数字滤波A/D转换存储RS232数字滤波调制器数字检测滤波器件。数据采集器具有精度高,功耗低,体
30、积小等一系列特点,并可以嵌在传感器或其他设备上使用。它采用RS232连接和计算机进行通讯。可通过在计算机系统程序运行,实现了软件功能无限提升。也可以通过计算机随时进行监视和其他参数修改。从整个仪器的软件和硬件的设计情况来看,该仪器具有以下特点(1)本数据采集系统和计算机构成了主从式结构,同时也采用了单片集成电路的价格低,功能强,体积小,抗干扰能力好等优点,并且也大大的使用了计算机的存储能力,强大的信息处理能力,人性化的操作界面等优点(2)本数据采集系统使用标准的RS232连接,对程序进行下载通过串行端口,极大的方便了仪器的调试,及后续的持续工作和软件的升级(3)仪器本身有8个模拟输入通道,如果在扩张进行到串行接口,那么连接电脑可以接收许多数据,同时可扩展的更多个模拟输入通道(4)MSC1210集成有温度传感器,可用来测量温度。即此数据采集也可以调查温度。(5)仪器的每个通道可以独立地变化扩展,增强了信号的测量精度,因为电子元件随着时间和环境的变化而变化。随着时间与环境的变化传递,电子设备的性能会受到影响。为了弥补这种漂流现象,经常需要做出调整,或对设备进行校准。本数据采集设计过程中,也遇到了一些问题,如将24MSC1210的A/D转换模拟电压输入范围为0AVDD的,要实现电压范围的数据采集可以收集5V时,需要设计一个电压调理电路。
