【摘要】本文对我国房屋拆迁的情况以及房屋纠纷的特点进行概括，并从立法和实践全面分析了房屋拆迁纠纷产生的主要原因，进而提出完善我国房屋拆迁纠纷解决机制的建议，包括明确区分公益拆迁和非公益拆迁，严格拆迁程序，完善听证制度，保障被拆迁人的知情权和参与权，对拆迁补偿制度、强制拆迁制度和被拆迁人权利救济制度予以完善等。【关键词】房屋拆迁 纠纷解决机制 行政法治【英文摘要】Having summarized the house removal conditions and related dispute features in China andanalyzed the main dispute causes from both aspects of legislation and practice，this paper puts forwardsuggestions of perfection of house removal dispute settlement mechanism， including to distinguish publicinterest removal form
