According to these changes, we put forward the following questions on cultivation under new situation. (1) The traditional Class Teaching Mode c

4、an not satisfy the demand of graduates cultivation on teaching mode and cultivation means. How to integrate the traditional class teaching with automatic learning and interactive teaching with the help of modern educational technology? How to deal with the problems like region separation of students

5、 study and work, and furthermore, to increase the cultivation quality? It is the key task of current connotation construction of graduate cultivation. (2) With the increasing of specialized subjects and the number of students, and strengthen on the responsibility, the traditional pattern (Only the t

6、utor process quality control). can not adapt the current cultivating scale of specialty degree graduates. How to establish a graduate dissertation criterion and a complete quality control system on dissertation? At the same time , to cooperate with multi-department and realize the efficient manageme

7、nt, in order to increase the cultivation quality. That is the prime task of current graduate cultivation. The paper mainly introduces “A Cultivation and Management Pattern of engineering talents supported by informatization” It focuses on the interactive teaching and data processing. The paper struc

8、ture is as follows: in section two, it briefly introduces the cultivation pattern of engineering talents, and its aiding mode of informatization; in section three, it focuses on the introduction of online learning and remote interaction and other new-type teaching patterns of interactive teaching; i

10、rrent engineering talent cultivation and managing pattern 1.1 Introduction of Efficient-model Talent Cultivation Pattern “ Efficient-model Talent Cultivation Pattern” is a general solution of graduate cultivation under new situation in Software College, Shandong University. The aim is to solve the c

11、onflict between the increasing majors and student numbers a nd the traditional teaching pattern, which ensure that each phase of graduates cultivation can attain its expected goal. The whole process of teaching and degree management embodies the main idea of intensive cultivation pattern. On teachin

12、g, we make use of the system to realize the “online learning and remote interaction” and the other teaching patterns, which offers the second web class for the teachers and students. This platform makes a breakthrough on the limitation of face-to-face teaching, and satisfies the learning need that t

13、he traditional class cannot achieve. It focuses on the data accumulation and information sharing and establishes the open education and self-study environment of “teachers guide and students center” which make a fast and convenient communication between teachers and students. On management, pay atte

14、ntion to the multi-role cooperation management, take the business department as the core and adopt multi-role intensive status control and process management”. The data entering, data processing, information output and data educe for the recruitment, learning, living, dissertation, achievement and g

15、raduation, we change the traditional hand work into the Excel report forms. An efficient solution is offered to deal with the daily business data storage1. 1.2 The Informatization Support of High-efficiency Talent Cultivation Pattern High-efficiency Talent Cultivation Pattern puts forward a bran-new

16、 system need compared with the former construction of informatization system. The new system provides the essential support for the realization of high-efficiency cultivation pattern. For the graduate management information system of Shandong University, it is built on the uniform software platform,

17、 and provides the fast and convenient web service for all kinds of roles. At the same time, it offers a powerful background management service for the business manager which makes the roles finish the cultivation flow through the interaction with the system. The principle of system actor role insist

18、s on the tutor guiding, and at the same time, reinforces the organization, management and control of college-level business department on cultivation flow. Through this, it realizes simultaneously college and university management. The design of system function module is completely based on the deve

19、lopment of graduate cultivation business. Pay attention to the support of the whole business flow, not only limit on some parts of business. From the point of macro business, the design of function framework realized whole process management of “recruit-courses cultivation-degree cultivation”. The w

The system adopts a framework combined B/S with C/S on the basis of J2EE as a whole, and also uses mainstreamed comparatively advanced STRUTS tech

25、nology with mature and stable technology. The users can interact with the system in different places or regions. The accessing and operation method of this Web browser greatly optimize the systems developing efficiency, maintainability, and expansibility. The management information system and the ne

26、w-type graduate cultivation pattern realize the integration from the recruitment to the degree management, which make it being used into the modern cultivation efficiently and properly. 2 New-type Cultivation Pattern of Interactive Teaching In order to solve the limitation of the traditional class t

27、eaching, experimental teaching, project teaching and realize the innovation of teaching pattern, we establish the “online learning and remote interaction” and the other teaching and research environment, thus, provide an information support for the graduate teaching and research. The learning center

28、 embodies an integrated thinking “Teaching resource establishment- Knowledge management-Resource-upload and release-Long-distance education.” And it put forward a kind of design thinking “combine course construction with long-distance education.” The course construction is carried out by teachers an

29、d administrating staff. The system adopts “resource collection separate with study control” E-learning system framework, which composes of RES and LMS, and realizes the editing and releasing of teaching PPT, course lecture and teaching video on E-learning platform. RES provides learning content for

30、LMS, and can also offer search and exchange service to other internet users. Thus, it realizes high-efficiency data management and search service, and guarantees the common sharing of learning content among different LMS. LMS offers user interface to the learner mainly through browser. The system ca

31、n control study content, study time and study effect via learners study schedule, in this way to realize self-required study and individual study. The study center provides the services like online learning, online homework, online questions and discussions, online test for the graduates. For the te

32、achers, there are online teaching resource management, online homework correction, online questions and discussions, questions base. The manager can carry out the online student evaluation and grasp the study condition of students. With the information system, our college realizes the teaching resou

33、rce networking of 30 software engineering courses, like J2EE, Service science and engineering, Object-oriented, OOAD and so on. More than 1300 students and 140 teachers can realize resource sharing through system platform. The system sets up research community for each tutor and his/her students, an

34、d for each project. There are also engineering postgraduate dissertation base of Software College and all kinds of e-books, cases and guidance for dissertation writing and project development. 36、新形势下的人才培养的问题。 ( 1)传统的课堂教学模式 已 难以满足 信息化 毕业生培养需求。如何将传统课堂教学同自主学习法 结合起来 , 如何借助于现代信息 技术 、 交互式教学 方式来培养毕业生以及 如何处理诸如学生的学习和 工作的地区分离等问题 都是当前高校信息化人才培养所应解决的问题。此外,提高教学质量,是当前的教学培养建设关键任务所在。 ( 2)随着专业和学生数的增加以及责任的加重,传统模式(只有导师来管理)已经不能适应当前的规模的 信息化 毕业生培养了。怎样建立一个毕业生的论文标准,一个论文方面 的 质量控制体系 已经成为高校在培养人才方面亟待解决的问题了。同时,为了增强培养质量,

37、进行多部门的合作和实现高效率管理,也是 当前 信息化 毕业生培养的主要任务。 论文主要介绍“信息化支持的工程型人才培养模式” , 它关注交互式教学 模式 , 重视 数据处理。 论文结构如下:在第二部分,它简要地介绍工程型人才培养模式, 主要是 信息化援助模式 ;在第三部分,它关注网上学习和远程互动 的教学模式 以及其他新型交互式教学的模式,在第四部分, 介绍 学位管理的 信息 流动 全过程 , 包括 数据输入,数据处理,信息输出,数据唤起 ;在第五部分, 介绍毕业生培养和管理的信息化援助 的重要 作用,最后,总结当前工程型人才培养和管理模式。 1.1 高效人才培养模式的介绍 “高效人才培养模式

38、”是软件学院在新形势下毕业生培养的主要模式 提出来的 。其目的是解决日益增长的专业以及学生数量和传统的教育模式之间的冲突。这就 是 要 确保毕业生培养的每个阶段都能达到预期目标。 集中培养模式的主要思想具体体现 在 教育和管理 高效 程度,在教学方面,我们可以充分利用信息系统来实现“网上学习和远程互动”以及其他的教育模式。这 就 向老师 教学 和学生们 学习 提供了两种不同的 的 网络层次,这个平台实现了面对面教育局限性的突破,也满足了传统教育所不能满足的教育需求。它关注数据积累,信息共享,建立开放教育,是 “教师指导和学生 学习 中心” ,它使得老师和学生间的交流变得快捷和方便。在管理方面,

42、问和操作方法大大地优化了系统的开发效率、可维护性、和延展性。这种管理信息系统和新型毕业生的的培养模式实现了招聘和学位管理间的融合,这使得它 能够被更高效和恰当的应用于现代学生培养 及管理 。 2 新型人才培养 和 交互式 的教学 模式 为了解决局限性的传统课堂教学、实验教学、 计划教学, 我校已 意识到教学模式的革新 的重要性 , 于是我校 建立 了 “在线学习,远程互动” 系统 ,以及营造 其他教学与研究环境,从而,为 对 毕业生教学与 教学 研究提供一个信息支持。 学习中心体现一个 整体想法是“ 教学资源建立 -知识管理 -资源下载 -远程教育”,它提出设计思维的一种“结合远程教育课程建设

43、。”课程建设被教师和行政管理人员实施。该系统采取“学习控制的分开资源集合” 的 电子学习系统框架,该框架由 RES 和 LMS 组成,实现在电子学习平台进行 PPT 的教学、课程演讲、以及 视频等的教学的编辑。 RES 为 LMS 可以为学生 提供学习内容, 也 可以为其他互联网用户提供搜索交换业务。从而,它实现 了 高效的数据管理, 并提供高效的 搜索服务。学习管理系统主要 通过 浏览器向用户学习者提供接口。系统能通过学习者的 特点来安排学习计划。并 控制其学习内容、学习时间、显示研究效果,这种方法 能 实现自我学习和个体研究 的价值 。 研究中心提供诸如在线学习、在线功课、 在线问题和讨论 、在线毕业生测试等服务。对教师来说,有在线教学资源管理、在线功课关系、在线问题和讨论、 问题数据库, 教师可以通过系统执行在线学生评价,把握学生的当前学习状况 。 有了管理信息系统,我们学院实现了教学资源网络化, 整个学院 大约有 30 多种软件工程课程,就像 J2EE、科学和工程服务等等。超过 1300 学生, 140 名教师能通过 该 系统平台实现资源共享。系统对每个导师,他 /她的学生的每个项目建立 研究团体。 这 里还有软件学院的工程研究生论文基地、各种各样的电子书、案件引导论文写作、项目开发等。值得一提的是它为项目开发、 毕业论文写作提供有力支持,也改善教学质量。
