7、 Web Site: www.nacis-, 邮箱 E-mail: 第 页 共 页分析测试委托合同约定条款Clauses of Analysis and Testing Contract1. 除委托方特殊要求外，本中心将依据国家标准或国家钢铁材料测试中心(NACIS)方法进行检测。China National Analysis Center for Iron and Steel (NACIS) shall conduct testing in accordance with China National Standards or NACIS method unless otherwise s
8、pecially required herein by the customer.2. 客户在获取报告后 15 日内对报告有异议的可以提出复检，中心视情况作出复检安排，复检结果无问题的收取检验费，有问题的不收取费用。客户取走样品后，不能再对测试结果提出复检要求。Should the customer hold an objection to the testing results, the customers may propose a retesting within fifteen days after receiving of testing report. NACIS shall ar
9、range the retesting as appropriate. Should the testing results prove to be no problem, retesting fees shall be charged; otherwise, the retesting shall be free. The customer can not require retesting after taking the sample back.3. 非中心现场抽样的，检验结果仅对来样负责；委托方对样品及其相关信息的真实性负责；由于客户指定方法本身缺陷而造成测试结果失准，中心不负责。Wh
10、en NACIS does not participate in sampling, NACIS shall be only liable for the testing results of received sample, while the customer shall be liable for the truth of sample information. NACIS shall not be liable for inaccurate testing results caused by defects of customer-specified method.4. 除长期签约客户
11、外，本中心先收取检测费或部分押金后，再安排检测。Except for long-term contract customers, NACIS will not arrange testing until the receipt of testing fee or parts of deposit.5. 检测周期将按照本中心的相关规定执行。加急服务，加收 50%费用；特急服务，加收 100%费用。Testing period is counted in accordance with the relevant provisions of NACIS. Should urgent service
12、be needed, an addition of 50% fee shall be charged; for extra urgent service, it subject to an addition of 100% fee. 6. 本合同自双方代表签字或其它方式确认，并在样品到达后生效。 This contract shall come into effect upon the arrival date of sample after it is signed by authorized representatives from both parties or identified b
