25、安徽省教育科学规划办公室批准立项。原定于 2004 年 9 月结题，后根据研究的进展情况申请调整结题时间。课题组经过近四年的工作，完成了课题预设的各项任务。现报告如下：一、课题的形成2000 年 1 月，教育部颁发了全日制普通高级中学课程计划（试验修订稿），将旧的课程计划中活动类课程发展成以“研究性学习”为主的综合实践活动。为落实新的课程计划，各地陆续展开对研究性学习的探索，马鞍山二十二中也从 2000 年 9 月开始了研究性学习的第一轮研究与实践。2000 年 10 月，课题主持人参加了为期一年的中学化学骨干教师国家级培训，通过学习，对基础教育新一轮改革的走向以及研究性学习的课程目标有了比较
26、深入的认识。这期间，马鞍山二十二中化学组的老师们在实践研究性学习的同时，也一直在思考研究性学习与化学教学的融合问题。在对学校第一轮研究性学习的总结与反思中，课题组成员逐渐形成以下认识：研究性学习是一门课程，更应该是一种方法。从课程的角度展开研究性学习的探索，对落实新的课程计划是必要的，但如果从方法的角度探讨研究性学习在学科教学中的实施，似乎更有价值。既然开设研究性学习课程的目的是要改变学与教的方式，那么，这种改变必须在包括化学学科在内的各学科课程的教学中获得突破，基础教育现行的教学方式才可能有根本改变。因此，在开发研究性学习课程的同时，有必要探索化学学科教学中研究性学习的形式和内容。二、课题研
