1、奈米科技中心實驗室管理懲處條例Center for Nanoscience and Technology Laboratory Management Punishment Regulations民國 104 年 10 月 01 日新增Added on Oct. 1, 2015第一條:儀器使用者應通過安全衛生教育訓練始得進入實驗室，並應每年接受安全衛生教育訓練之復訓，未進行年度工安復訓者，取消磁卡權限，訓練後再復權。Article 1: Instrument users shall enter the laboratory after passing safety and health educ
2、ation and training, and shall receive recurrent training and education every year. Those who fail to renew the annual worker safety and security training shall have their access card disqualified, and shall regain their access after training.第二條:接受儀器訓練者於學習過程中，須由合格人員陪同進出實驗室，違反規定者停權二週。Article 2: In th
3、e course of learning, the trainee must be accompanied by a qualified person when entering the laboratory. Those who violated the provision shall have their rights suspended for two weeks.第三條:個人磁卡不可借予他人使用，違反規定者停權二週。Article 3: Individual access cards cannot be used by others, and those who violate the

5、ult in the suspension of rights for two weeks.第五條:儀器設備操作前應查閱相關公告事項，避免造成儀器設備損壞，違反規定者停權二個月。Article 5: Before the operation of equipment, one should refer to related announcements to avoid damage, violation of the provision will result in the suspension of rights for two months.第六條:進出實驗室人員應為合格人員或取得學習申請
6、核可者始得進入，違反規定者停權四週。Article 6: Persons entering and exiting the laboratory shall be qualified personnel or those who have obtained approval for study, and those who violate the provision shall have their rights suspended for 4 weeks.第七條:進出實驗室應隨身攜帶學生證以提供身分辨識，違反規定者停權二週。Article 7: Students entering and e
7、xiting the laboratory should carry a student ID card for identification, violation of the provision will result in the suspension of rights for two weeks.第八條:實驗室相關區域內禁止飲食(含放置)、嘻鬧及與實驗操作無關之事項，違反規定者停權二週。Article 8: Foods and drinks (including placement of such items), noises, and matters unrelated to th

9、he provision will result in the suspension of rights for two weeks. 第十條:操作化學清洗槽，依奈米中心化學清洗槽管理規則之規定辦理，違反規定者停權二週。 Article 10: Operation of chemical cleaning tanks should be undertaken in accordance with the Chemical Cleaning Tank Management Regulations of Center for Nanoscience and Technology, violatio
10、n of the provision will result in the suspension of rights for two weeks. 第十一條:實驗所需攜入實驗室之高壓壓縮氣體或化學品，應遵守奈米中心攜入化學藥品及氣體鋼瓶之管理辦法，且化學品須符合 CNS15030 之規範，違反規定者停權二週。Article 11: The high-pressure compressed gases or chemicals that are required to be brought into the laboratory for experiment shall comply with
11、the management methods for the brought-in chemicals and gas cylinders issued by the Center for Nanoscience and Technology, and the chemicals shall conform to the specifications of CNS 15030, violation of the provision will result in the suspension of rights for two weeks.第十二條:進入本中心實驗室之所有人員皆有接受並配合奈米中
12、心進行相關教育訓練(安全衛生、滅火器操作及逃生演練)之義務，違反規定者停權二週。Article 12: All personnel who enter the laboratory of the Center shall accept and cooperate with the Center for Nanoscience and Technologys related education and training (safety and health, fire extinguisher operation and escape drill), violation of the provi
13、sion will result in the suspension of rights for two weeks.第十三條:進出實驗室時，須依奈米中心規定填寫進 /出登記簿與所使用機台之儀器設備使用紀錄簿(表) ，依儀器使用規則確實記錄儀器工作之狀況，違反規定者停權二週。Article 13: When entering or exiting the laboratory, it is necessary to fill in the entry/exit register form and the equipment usage record book (table) of the ma
14、chine used according to the regulations of the Center for Nanoscience and Technology, and accurately record the status of the instrument according to the rules of use of the instrument, violation of the provision will result in the suspension of rights for two weeks. 第十四條:實驗室使用之延長線應有自動過載跳脫之功能性；實驗室中所
15、存放之化學品應依危害通識規則辦理，違反規定者停權一週。Article 14: The extension cords used in the laboratory shall have the function of automatic overload trip; the chemicals stored in the laboratory shall be handled in accordance with the Regulations for the Labeling and Hazard Communication of Hazardous Chemicals, violation
16、 of the provision will result in the suspension of rights for one week.第十五條:請確實填寫儀器設備申請相關文件或表單，並依規定辦理申請簽核，違反規定者停權四週。Article 15: Please be sure to fill in the relevant documents or forms for the application of instrument and equipment, and apply for the signing of forms in accordance with the regulat
17、ions, violation of the provision will result in the suspension of rights for four weeks.第十六條:操作游離輻射之儀器設備操作人員，應取得認證文件後始得操作，違反規定者停權二週。Article 16: The operator of the ionizing radiation equipment shall obtain the certification document before operating instrument and equipment violation of the provisio

19、s before entering and exiting the laboratory to perform business, violation of the provision will result in the suspension of rights for two weeks.第十八條:外籍生欲於夜間或假日等非上班時間操作儀器，應依儀器管理規則並取得儀器設備管理人同意得出入實驗室進行實驗，違反規定者停權四週。Article 18: Foreign students wishing to operate the instrument during non-working hour
20、s such as at night or during holidays should follow the instrument management rules and obtain the consent of the equipment manager to enter and exit the laboratory for experimentation, violation of the provision will result in the suspension of rights for four weeks.第十九條:違反實驗室全衛生管理或上述等條例之使用者，將呈報本中心主管核定其懲處。 Article 19: Users who violate the laboratorys health management rules or the above-mentioned regulations will be reported to the Centers supervisor for decision on punishment measures.
