The team provides brand/sectors/channel and

2、 other client facing teams and their assigned Sales and SMS Leaders with superior support on Sales Execution & Management related activities. We support Sales Execution and Management for various BUs at GMU/IOTs and GMT/IMTs level, interlocking with Sales Leaders and SMS Leaders, and provide high en

3、d Sales Execution & Management support to produce high quality analytics and business insights through: Sales Cadence Management Roadmap and PV insights Pipeline insights and analyticsRole Summary: Defining & developing reports in line with the IBM Standard Definitions on the various measureable obj

4、ectives in terms of Quota vs. Actuals, Forecast, Pipeline etcas also being part of the weekly review calls to provide advise on the current status of the business and being the key driver of the sales operations programs for the specific Business Unit that the candidate is aligned to. Typically, the

5、 role would involve a wide range of activities that would include working on data, reporting & based on the reports, providing meaningful analysis and recommendations to the Business Unit & Sales Leader(s), management of various sales tools & adherence to processes. The %age of time spent on each ac

6、tivity could vary from role to role since the work is dependant on the specific needs of the particular Business Unit.Preference is given to candidates who have worked in Financial / Sales Operations & Reporting in the technology industry in offshore delivery roles and IBM is an equal opportunity em

7、ployer.Role Details:- Participate and provide insights in weekly sales managers cadence reviews- Develop cadence pack incl. forecast, pipeline, deals, TCV / PV / Rev Coverage update - review with ITS Sales Exec- follow up with sales managers if / as required- Update / reconcile PRISM and Opp Man- In

8、corporate Finance, Marketing updates to cadence pack- Prepare AP / GMU cadence special topics requirement into cadence pack - pull necessary data / reports, perform anaysis- follow up with SME if / as required (eg. Finance, Marketing etc)- Cadence review with ITS Management team Finalised cadence pa
