Environmental pollution 环保方面 The process in the closed cha
2、mbers of the TCF enables complete controlled burning of the contaminants. The process of pyrolys the contaminants takes place in a closed chamber without any pollution to the atmosphere or to the building. Controlled burning and after burning of the pyrolysed gases from Scrap Chamber in the Heating

6、热室作二次燃烧,热分解气中可燃烧成份的热量减少了能耗。 3 Metal loss 金属烧损方面 This furnace has no salt needed for avoiding oxidation of theliquid metal because of the closed scrap chamber the metal loss by oxidation will be reduced due to the controlled reduction atmosphere within the scrap chamber. This atmosphere willbe mainta
7、ined for containing no oxygen. No oxygen means, no partner for producing aluminium oxides and therefore all the metal will be molten to be part of the metal bath and not part of the dust send to the filter plant and also will not partof the dross removed from the furnace.
