1、对姚明成长过程的探析 (1.沈阳体育学院 运动训练系，辽宁 沈阳 110032；2.沈阳体育学院 民族传统体育 系，辽宁 沈阳 110032) 摘 要：采用文献资料和访问调查等方法对姚明的体型特征和身高变化特点、各年龄阶段 参加比赛机会和技术变化情况以及多年训练过程的结构特点进行研究，总结其成长规律， 以对未来高大中锋的选材和培养提供实例借鉴和理论依据。姚明身体发育属于正常发育， 发育较晚，发育时间长，目前体型特征基本达到世界优秀中锋的体型标准。姚明启蒙训练 时间早，基础训练时间长，目前技术状况仍处于上升阶段，其奥运成才期符合世界优秀运 动员的成才周期。 关键词：姚明；中锋；成长过程；年龄特征
