5、 Procedures, assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation. Assists the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef in all responsibilities, to replace them in their absence and to assist in any of the outlets or banquets when necessary. 职能:在洲际酒店集团的政策和程序下,配合
