3、中欧国际职业教育培训中心（简称 CEVTC），位于中国中部重镇武汉市。中心成立于 2000 年，曾成功实施了中国政府和欧盟委员会的大型人力资源开发合作项目-“中国-欧盟工业职业教育培训项目”，历时 5 年，已成功地为全国中欧合资企业员工提供优质高效的培训服务，深受好评，被欧盟驻华使团树为在华中欧合作项目的成功典范。中欧培训中心拥有先进的培训理念和方法，坚持“以需求为导向，以学员为中心，以技能为本位”，运用小班教学、团队互动、案例分析、实战特训，情景练习、经验交流等方法，深受学员欢迎。中欧培训中心是湖北省商务人才培训基地，同时也是中国商务部援外人力资源开发项目承办单位。从 2006 年起，中心开
4、始承办由中华人民共和国商务部2( )与联合国贸易与发展会议(www.unctad.org )以及国际贸易中心(www.intracen.org)联合主办的全球化、南南合作、贸易及纺织等领域国际研修班，到目前为止已成功举办了“经济全球化研修班”、“发展中国家国际贸易能力建设研修班”、“经济全球化与产业转移国际研修班”、“ 经济全球化与中国制造国际研修班”、“南南合作促进非洲经济发展研修班”、“发展中国家贸易便利化研修班”、“发展中国家棉花加工、纺织与贸易研修班”等三十多期国际研修班。来自亚、非、拉美、欧及大洋洲 100 多个发展中国家的 1000 多名政府官员参加了研修活动,参加研修班的全体学员
5、普遍感觉收获巨大，并对于中欧培训中心承办的研修班给予了高度评价和积极反馈。中心研修项目在很多发展中国家产生了深远影响，深受发展中国家学员欢迎。项目内容介绍受中华人民共和国商务部委托，湖北中欧国际职业教育培训中心将于 9 月 29 日至10 月 19 日举办“2017 年促进最不发达国家贸易便利化研修班”，该研修班是由中华人民共和国商务部和联合国贸易与发展会议合作主办。研修班包括专题讲座、参观考察两部分。专题讲座由中国专家和联合国贸发会议专家共同主讲，专题讲座包括世界贸易发展新趋势、贸易便利化进程、世界贸易组织贸易便利化谈判、世界贸易组织与贸易便利化协定、贸易便利化协定解读、贸易便利化协定对世界
6、经济的影响、贸易便利化协定对发展中国家的影响、贸易便利化国别经验与启示、全球贸易便利化研究、电子商务时代的贸易便利化、全球金融体系与贸易便利化、APEC 与贸易便利化、跨境电商发展、中国外贸体制改革与政策演变、中国外贸便利化谈判、中国贸易便化建设改革进程、中国政府为贸易便利化协定实施的准备、中国海关监管与贸易便利化、中国自贸区建设与贸易便利化、中国推荐贸易便利化重点领域进展评价、中国促进贸易便利化的政策、措施与实践等。研修班学员还将赴中国首都北京和中国最发达的现代城市上海两地参观考察当地经济发展，与当地政府官员和企业家座谈，并参观当地企业。在北京我们将与商务部相关部门官员交流中国促进贸易便利化

CEVTC was founded in 2000 and implemented the extremely successful human resources development cooperation programme between the
14、 European Union and Chinese GovernmentEU-CHINA Programme for the Development of Vocational Training for Industry. Since its beginning this EU-China Programme has been successfully providing training for the Sino-EU joint venture companies all over China. CEVTC has been highly praised and was conside
15、red by EU Delegation in China as a flagship model of EU-China cooperation programmes. CEVTC embraces advanced training conceptions and methodologies and operates under the guideline of NEED-ORIENTED, TRAINEE-CENTRED, and TECHNIQUE-BASED. The methods of small-class training, team interaction, case st
16、udy, situational practicing, experience sharing are adopted, which are well received by the participants.CEVTC is the human resources development centre of Hubei province in commercial talents as well as one of the organizers of the human resources development projects of aid to developing countries

Besides, a visit to E-port and Yangluo Port in Hubei province will be included in our schedule as well as the small-and-medium-sized city Yichang to visit the
29、 Three Gorges Dam and local economic, technological development zone and the countryside. Through the seminar, participants will better understand the Trade Facilitation Agreement of WTO and the significant meaning of the trade facilitation promotion against the backdrop of globalization. Participan
30、ts will share the successful experience and methods in developing trade and trade facilitation, and thus make practical use of what they learn to make their contributions to the trade facilitation process and trade development of their own countries. It will also help to establish the links among these countries.
