Signature: Date： 山东科技大学文 摘要 摘要 食品 企业诚信评价工作 作为 食品 企业诚信管理体系的一个重要组成部分，具有重要的研究意义。因 为 单一的综合评价方法 有自身上的一些缺陷， 而食品工业企业的诚信评价又比较复杂且要求较高，所以单一的综合评价法无法胜任食品工业企业的诚信评价工作。鉴于这种情况，本文 提出了基于层次分析的模糊综合评价法
5、和基于层次分析的神经网络评价法两种组合评价法， 并将其 应 用到食品工业企业诚信 评价 的实例分析 中 。通过结果比较发现，两种组合评价法在一定程度上弥补了单一评价法所带来的缺陷，更 适用于评价食品工业企业的诚信状况。 论文的主要内容如下： 第一部分 绪论， 给出了论文的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状 ； 第二部分 预备知识介绍 ， 简单 介绍 了食品企业诚信 以及综合评价方法 两方面的基础知识 。 第三部分 基于层次分析法 和模糊综合评价法 的食品 企业诚信 评价， 针对食品企业诚信的评价问题， 建立了基于层次分析的模糊综合评价模型 ， 并将其应用到食品 企业诚信评价的实例分析中， 得出
6、了基于层次分析的模糊综合评价法 比单独运用层次分析法或者模糊综合评价法更适合用来对食品企业诚信状况进行评价 ，且评价结果更可靠、更准确的结论 。 第四部分 基于层 次分析法 和 BP 神经网络法的食品企业诚信 评价， 为了更客观确切的对食品企业诚信状况进行评价， 建立了 基于 层次分析法 的 BP 神经网络评价模型 ，并利用这种模型进 行食品企业诚信评价实例分析 ，然后 将通过第三章的方法计算得到的评价结果、通过本章的方法计算得到的结果、真实的评价结果、通过层次分析计算得到的结 果放在一起进行比较分析，得出 基于层次分析法的 BP 神经网络综合评价法比其他几种评价方法准确率更高、效率更好的 结
7、论 。 最后 ， 对本论文所做的工作 进行了总结并对文章的不足之处和有待于进一步研究的地方进行了说明 。 关键词 ： 食品 企业诚信；综合评价；层次分析法；模糊综合评价法；神经网络 山东科技大学文 摘要 Abstract Food enterprise credit evaluation which is an important part of the food enterprise credit management system, has an important significance. Single comprehensive evaluation method has some
8、defects in itself, but the food enterprise credit evaluation is a complex work which requires more higher. So, the single comprehensive evaluation method is not capable of the work of the Food enterprise credit evaluation. In view of this situation, This paper presents two kinds of combination evalu
9、ation method which are fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process and BP neural network evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process, then apply this two methods to work of the food enterprise credit evaluation. Through the results of the case, we can find tha
10、t this two kinds of combination evaluation method are able to compensate for the defects of the single evaluation method, which are more suitable for using as the evaluation method of the food enterprise credit. The main contents are as follows: Part I, Introduction. This section describes the resea
11、rch background, the significance, the domestic and foreign research status of the paper. Part II, Introduction to the prior knowledge. This section gives a brief introduction to the basics of the food enterprise credit and the comprehensive evaluation method. Part III, The food enterprise credit eva
12、luation based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. For food enterprise credit evaluation problem, building the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP, and applying it to the instance of the food enterprise credit evaluation, Came to the conclusion that the fuzzy comprehensive
13、 evaluation method based on AHP is more suitable for the food enterprise credit evaluation, and the evaluation results are more reliable, more accurate than the single use of the AHP or fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Part IV, The food enterprise credit evaluation based on AHP and BP neural n

To be more objective evaluation the food enterprise credit, establishing the BP neural network evaluation model based on AHP, and then take advantage of this model to the food enterprise credit evaluation instance. 21、ing Working on Master Paper . 34 The Reference Documents . 35 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 绪论 1 1 绪论 1.1 研究背景及意义 近 年来 ，相继发生的多起重大食品安全事件 不仅给人民群众的身体健康和生命安全带来了巨大的威胁，而且还严重影响了我国的国民经济与社会的协调发展，阻碍了全面建设社会主义小康社会宏伟目标的实现。食品 安全问题关乎国计民生，意义深远 。 因此，国家和政府 在 很早之前就 开始 关注食品安全 问题，相继建立了一系列法律保护条例、规章制度、管理体系等来保障 食品市场经济秩序。 2011 年 4 月 14 日 ,
22、前 国务院总理温家宝在讲话时指出 , 近年来相继发生“三聚氰胺”、“地沟油”、“苏丹红”等恶性的食品安全事件 表明 , 道德 滑坡、 诚信 缺失 已经到了非常 严重的地步 ， 构建和实施食品工业企业诚信体系，刻不容缓！ 之所以要 加强 和开展 食品安全诚信管理体系 建设工作 ,是因为 加强 和 开展 食品安全诚信管理体系 建设工作 不仅有利于食品企业自觉提高诚信意识，进而建立 诚信制度 自觉 规范自身 诚信经营行为 ，而且还有利于 营造 良好的 行业诚信环境 和 完善 诚信社会监督机制 , 从而达到 防范 发生 食品安全事故 、 提高食品质量安全 的 整体水平 、 保障消费者 的 身体健康和生
23、命安全 的目的 。 所以 ， 为了 从根本上杜绝发生恶性食品安全问题 ， 必须实施食品企业诚信管理体系，而食品 企业诚信评价 正是 食品 企业诚信管理体系的重要组成部分 ，研究食品企业诚信评价方法有助于进一步落实和完善食品企业诚信管理体系 。 人无诚信难立，业无诚信难兴，国无诚信难强，社会无诚信难 稳。人民 无时无刻不盼望实现 诚信 企业、诚信政府、诚信社会 。所以，我们应当 加快建设诚信食品企业 的步伐， 尽早 让社会沐浴在诚信的灿烂阳光 中。 论文研究 的 食品企业诚信评价方法 是食品安全的基础性、全局性工作，是整顿和规范食品市场经济秩序、保障食品 安全的长效机制和治本之策。 食品 企业 诚信评价 不仅 能为食品安全诚信体系的建设提供 基本框架和运行机制，还 能为以后各食品企业的诚信评价提供 具有重要参考价值的方法依据。 除此之外，食品 企业诚信评价还具有以下几条意义： （ 1） 研究 食品 企业诚信评价 体系 对 社会主义市场经济 的研究有重要意义 。 建设 社会
