17、 Shang determine basic of equivalent relationship 4, and using segment figure, and list method, method analysis number阳曲制梁场办公生活区建设标准化施工方案1阳曲制梁场办公生活区建设标准化施工方案1 阳曲制梁场办公生活区概况阳曲制梁场承担新建大同至西安客运专线二标段 596 孔简支箱梁的预制、运输、架设任务。根据阳曲制梁场的生产工程量及工程进度统计,本制梁场生产最高峰时共需制、运、架梁管理人员和施工人员约 600 人。本制梁场管理人员办公生活区设置在制梁场南侧,与通向录古咀村的

18、一条乡村路相邻。制梁场管理人员办公生活区共占地 9778m2,约 14.7 亩。其中房屋建筑面积 2570m2,包括二座办公楼 576m2,宿舍 1549m2,食堂、浴室及厕所共445m2;施工人员生活区设置在制梁场北端,临近拌和站位置。施工人员生活区共有宿舍 108 间、3 座食堂、一座浴室及一座厕所。2 办公生活区内布置本制梁场办公生活区共分为管理人员办公生活区和现场施工人员生活区:管理人员生活办公区布置在制梁场的最南端;现场施工人员生活区设置在制梁场北侧、拌和站附近。2.1 办公区本制梁场办公楼设置在管理人员办公生活区。办公楼分为两座,一座长57.6m,宽 6.15m,一座 36 m,宽

19、 6.15m,均为单层彩钢房结构,基础采用30cm30cm 素混凝土圈梁。占地约 576m2,共 26 间,其中大会议室占 4 间,其它为各部门和领导办公室。 2.2 宿舍管理人员办公生活区管理人员宿舍共 7 座,均为单层彩钢结构,每座长36m,宽 6.15m。每座 7 间,共 70 间,占地约 1549m2。施工人员宿舍共 12 座,均采用单层彩钢房结构,其中制梁班组宿舍楼 8座。每座每层 10 间,共有宿舍 80 间。运架班组宿舍楼 4 座,共有宿舍 28 间。满足高峰期制梁场施工人员住宿要求。2.3 食堂管理人员办公生活区设食堂 1 座,共占地 243m2。其中食堂操作间与库房共长 10

28、宽 6.15m。3 座共占地 266m2。食堂设置独立的制作间和储藏间,食堂操作间和储藏间墙体均采用砖砌结构,M7.5 砂浆抹面 1cm,内部地坪高程 2m 以下贴一层瓷砖,外墙涂刷白色涂料,屋顶采用彩钢瓦施工,在食堂内设 300mm300mm 排水沟,上盖水箅子,排水坡度为 2%,污水排至污水处理池,食堂内配备排风设施和消毒设施,食堂就餐餐厅采用彩钢结构。2.4 浴室本制梁场办公生活区共设两座浴室,其中管理人员办公生活区和施工人员生活区各一座,两座浴室结构形式与结构尺寸均相同。浴室长 13m,宽 6.15m。占地 80m2。浴室墙体与基础均采用砖砌施工,基础宽 37cm,深 50cm,墙体厚

29、24cm,墙高 2.6m,内墙 M7.5 水泥砂浆抹面 1cm。施工前将地面整平压实,在室内中间位置开挖 200mm200mm,沟底坡度为 3%的矩形排水沟,排水沟采用砖砌。整个室内用混凝土浇筑 1%的排水坡度,最薄处 5cm。墙体预留两个500mm500mm 孔洞,内部加设换气扇,位置根据现场实际情况确定。顶板采用混凝土预制盖板。2.5 厕所本制梁场办公生活区厕所共二座,其中管理人员生活办公区和施工人员人员生活区各一座。厕所墙体及基础均采用砖砌施工,基础宽 37cm,墙体厚24cm。施工前先将室内地面整平、夯实。走道的顶面高程比蹲位低 10cm、高出大便池底面 30cm、高出小便池底面 5c

30、m,并且比室外高出 10cm。厕所蹲位采用C20 混凝土浇筑施工,底面与侧面厚度均为 5cm,蹲位隔断 1.2m 设置高胶合板木质隔断,用膨胀螺栓连接混凝土地面;男厕小便池采用三层砖砌体站台,宽30cm,水泥浆抹面,沟底浇筑 5cm 厚 C20 混凝土。整个走道浇筑 5cm 厚混凝土面层,向化粪池方向做 2%的排污坡。冲厕采用高位延时水箱实现,冲厕污水通过预埋管道排入化粪池。在厕所前后墙高出地面 2.1m 位置处设置通风孔,通风孔采用砖体梅花形布置。屋顶采用彩钢瓦机构。厕所污水由污水管排入化粪池沉淀处理,化粪池的尺寸为长 500cm,宽300cm,深 300cm。包括两个小池,其中一级池长 3

39、道汇入 200mm 无缝钢管主管道,将污水排进原有沼气池。管道埋深在 1.2m 以下,两道支管道采用 2%的排污坡度,主管道采用 3.8%的排污坡度。2.6 供水系统管理人员生活办公区修建高位水塔,用供水管道接入食堂、洗漱、浴池及厕所。供水管道用管径 80mm 无缝钢管,考虑到冬季供水问题,管道埋深1.2m。外露部分设置防冻设施,如直接使用棉麻织物、塑料泡沫及岩棉的等进行包扎等等,保证员工的生活用水。施工人员生活区用水由高位水塔引入,施工高峰期约有 600 人,用水量较大,采用 100mm 无缝钢管供应食堂、浴室、洗漱及冲厕用水。2.7 供电系统管理人员办公生活区用电量较大,设置一台 200K

40、VA 变压器。采用架空线路的方式将电流输送至各个用电部位,电杆埋至不影响行人和车辆通行的位置,线杆用 8m 或 12m。施工人员生活区用电就近由 3#500kva 变压器接入,采用 30cm50cm 电缆槽内走电缆线的方式。2.8 供暖系统管理人员生活办公区设置一台 2t 锅炉供暖,主管路采用 50mmPVC 管,回水管路采用 30mmPVC 管,供暖管路同供水管主管道同时施工,埋深 1.2m,房间内设置暖气片供暖。施工人员生活区供暖方式为水暖,由制梁场 2 台 4t/h 的卧式蒸汽锅炉提供,主管路采用 50mm 钢管,回水管拟采用 30mm 钢管。2.9 排水系统办公生活区排水采用主排水沟与

41、辅排水沟相结合,临时排水沟与永久性排水沟相结合的方式。主排水沟宽 30cm,深度 40cm,辅排水沟宽 30cm,深度25cm,排水沟采用砖砌结构,侧砖砌筑厚为 12cm,底部铺一层砖,砖砌筑完成后,采用砂浆抹面,砂浆抹面平顺光滑。主排水沟与辅排水沟排水坡度都为1%。场区硬化时保证一定的自然坡度,坡度多为 1%,保证排水畅通。 3 主要工程量主要工程量见表 3.1choose the correct meaning; (4) to correct the typos; (5) so the child write words (ABAB, and AABB); (6) in accordance with written words; (7) the complete word, and explain the meaning of the word; (8) collocation; (9) make sentences with the word;
