The role of office automation Office automation (OA) is a new way making the modern offices with computer network function together. The integration of computer office network in an enter
6、prise is a scheme proposed in line with the actual conditions of Chinas market economy, and always keeps consistent with all enterprise information-based management requirements. The role of office automation is concluded as follows: 2.1 Easy to use Due to the acceleration of the market economys dev
7、elopment, the existing human resources within enterprises have been unable to meet the requirements of daily work. Also, the flow of the manual operation model is complex and the final data result is deviated greatly so that enterprises are easily misled in the market strategy including internal man
8、agement and external operation. In office automation, high technologies are used as the supports, and computer control system is chosen as 3a control center, making it easy for personnel to process all types of daily affairs, as shown in figure 1. For example, the trend of the market change can be a
9、ccurately predicted through processing market research data by computer, and thus practical and reliable decision-making references are provided for the operators. 2.2 Optimizing resources The allocation of material resources is the foundation of enterprise management, and the growth of income level
10、 can be driven only if material resources are scientifically used. Practice has proved that enterprise personnel, funds, equipment, and other resources have been optimally allocated with the aid of computer office system. For example, during the period of market business strategy planning, the cost,
11、 market risk, and revenue budget of project investment can be analyzed through a computer office model, and thus a reference is provided for enterprises capital allocation and simultaneously the continuity of the daily business activities is guaranteed. 3. The application model of computer intellige
12、nt office system Based on the background of the new era, the operating models of the domestic industries must be readjusted, and the relevance between operation ideas and information technology 4application is more and more intensive. On this basis, the concept of office automation innovation model

Centered at the computer, information is extensively, comprehensively, and quickly collected, sorted, processed, stored, and used through using a series of modern office equipment and advanced communication technology, so as to let enterprise internal staff fast and conveniently share i

Intelligent office system integrates more advanced intelligent technologies as the supports based on the office automation, and also a new platform for the office work is created, so that the office functions can be more widely played. 3.1 Intelligent platform As the general functions of
15、 OA are relatively mature, more and more edge needs on OA and ERP begin to be prosperous along with the continuous development of customer management applications. Thus, how to continuously meet the function demands of customers has become an important factor of prolonging product life cycle. Intell
16、igent office system can coordinate the internal affairs of enterprises and create a communication platform for enterprises and users, so that the completion of online trading activities is promoted. For 5example, intelligent office network can efficiently work together and serve for scientific manag

The functions of the quick applications in new office network are implemented through non-code development, and the order of office communications is ensured through many intelligent devices, which will provide a reliable control platform for intelligent work model, as sho

In the promotion of int
19、elligent system, the principle of practicality should be followed under the guidance of users specific needs so that the expected delivery office functions of the management system can be played, as shown in figure 3. For the users in the starting stage of informatization, the application of a singl
20、e system is enough, mainly including the functions such as data processing, system operation, and resource allocation needed by daily office work. However, for the OA users already having owned an information-based foundation, how to integrate data, information, and 6portals with ERP system become t
21、he mainstream thought objects, and also the opening-up of enterprise e-commerce operation model will be affected by system functions. 22、e computer application technology in industries have been gradually cognized by enterprises. In the promotion of computer intelligent office model, the use functions of new system should be stressed and thus the role of the intelligent application system in the office automation can be played. Along
23、 with the continuous upgrade of mobile phone operating system and CPU, the popularization of wifi, and the continuous expansion of mobile phone bandwidth, office work can be done anytime and anywhere through mobile phones and tablet PC. This is an inevitable trend of intelligent system applications,
24、 and especially that senior managers can implement the effective application of internal management through mobile application has become a focus. Therefore, computer platform should be used in enterprises daily office work as much as possible, so as to complete all office tasks efficiently. 73.4 In
25、telligent operation From business direction analysis, domestic enterprises are mainly divided into two types (production enterprises and marketing enterprises), and both of them will produce large amounts of data and information during the operation, as shown in figure 4. For example, production dat
26、a, inspection data, order data, and post-sales data are the materials necessary for all operators to deal with. If data is processed relying on an artificial way, the office work flow is extremely slow, and also the error value of business plan can be easily increased due to the artificial operation

Computer itself possesses very powerful data processing functions, and the data operation functions transformed by intelligent technology will be more optimal, and this is a very important part of the future intelligent office system in the promotion process. The matters needing attention of enterprises to promote intelligent office system In terms of development trend of enterprise office management, the design and application of intelligent office system are the advanced decisions for the reform of the industries. Actively promoting intelli
29、gent office system is not 8only the requirement of scientific and technological innovation, but also an important measure for business operators to change the internal control system. However, intelligent office system has strict requirements on the existing hardware and software facilities, and if
30、enterprises can timely provide a complete set of special equipment and arrange professional control needs a period of time to improve. The author thinks that enterprise should consider from many aspects and specifically analyze the earnings, management, and maintenance of intelligent office system i
31、n the promotion of the intelligent office system. 4.1 Earning Due to the limits of the conditions in all aspects, small and medium-sized enterprises have not established an office automation system, and this is a big challenge for the business operators. Therefore, in introducing an intelligent offi
32、ce system, the requirements of internal management should be comprehensively considered. The blind creation of intelligent office system will give rise to a lot of inconvenience to the business operation and management, and the conditions such as cost input, actual income, and business requirements

During the promotion of computer intelligent office system, the integrated management of the system structure should be focused, so as to fully play the application functions of office system for a l

For example, the operation risks caused by data theft can be prevented through strengthening the security management of office database and setting professional management personnel for controlling system operations. 5. Conclusion Computer is the foundation support of enterprise office wor
36、k, and enterprises can create all kinds of new office scheduling systems relying on the comprehensive exertion of computer application technology functions. Based on the existing model of OA, it is necessary to reasonably apply computer technology and wireless communication technology for creating i
