Although education informatization has made a different level of development in all aspects, but compared with expectations, there are still gaps. Specific performance in: 1. Th

11、e conflicts between the actual development and the expected effect Chinas basic education, secondary education, higher education and vocational education information infrastructure has been greatly improved. However, many schools procurement of equipment much faster than the actual application requi

12、rements; computer utilization rate is less than 10%. High performance computer is only used for simple office needs, more time is used for entertainment; valuable server resources are used only to support a few visits, and management is extremely imperfect; Advanced network switches daily traffic is

13、 low, and often in a failed state ; schools is fragmentary , lack of coordination 4and cooperation , information resources, information management systems are lack of uniform standards ; information security, virus management has no effective solutions , severe distressing applications ; Computer cl

14、assroom use weekly is higher, but the virus is multiplied, forming a large number of idle or fail to operate, and so on . These exist in the waste of education informatization, should cause our highly attention. Compared with the rapid advance of education informatization construction work, the gene

15、ral education workers, education managers information literacy and the ability of the application are far behind. On the one hand, information literacy and information technology applications of the majority of teachers, students and administrators need to be improved, there is no strong application

16、 requirements; on the other hand, the application mode and service of the education informatization is relatively single, it is the main reason that restricts the application level. Individual teachers simply apply education informatization to electronic manuscript, or a simple PPT, there is still a

17、 scripted, and there was no difference in the traditional education. Therefore, the difficulty improving the quality of 5education through the education informationization greatly, making the backward students get good development, achieving the goal of quality-oriented education is still quite grim

21、accumulation, geographical environment, ideology, personnel quality and other factors, the development of education informatization also showed a clear imbalance of the situation ,the gap between east and west ,urban and rural areas , the development of 6information technology in the field of educat

22、ion , if not be effectively addressed , will further expand the education and then expand the uneven economic development of the whole society. 3. Construction of the development of a learning society People have high expectations for the construction of informatization of education in learning soci

23、ety assistance, education information can provide multimedia, hypertext, remote information transmission, virtual reality and other means to let people see the construction of the modern system of national education and lifelong education system. However, there is still a long way ahead to a learnin

24、g society and life-long learning, tens of thousands of on-the-job personnel the ability and the degree of ascension, laid-off job-transfer staff vocational skills training, vocational qualification certification system gradually standardized, and so on need to be in a broader sense seeking solutions

25、 through education informatization. Throughout the process of the development of information technology in education, , both from the individualized education information leading exploration of individual units , or regional , demonstration and application of information 7technology education activi

26、ties , most of our educational information attributed to “ point“ form. This “point“ is the only way which must be passed form education information from scratch, from weak to strong, from small to large. All types of schools at all levels is the basic organization learning type societys future, but

27、 also reflects the idea of lifelong education, achieve a basic project to convert the existing school system to the modern national education system, which requires education and training institutions from closed to open, from the transformation of institutional arrangements to activate the school l

28、earning organization. In this process, we explore and formed to adapt to a variety of educational informatization construction plan China conditions, also found out solutions with certain universal use of education informatization in constant attempts. The main trend of affecting basic education tea

29、ching, learning and innovation are the following 6 aspects: 1 mode of education is rapidly expanding from the traditional face to face teaching, compatible with online learning, blended learning, cooperative learning, etc. 2 Any learners can obtain the abundant information resources and a wide range

In process of continuing to promote information technology in education, promoting educational innovation, service system constr

32、uction of change, people still are the major factor. Education informatization is a kind of change power which needs guidance to use correctly, technology can be used to support and maintain the existing (conservative use, does not produce any change), also can supplement and extension of existing (

33、implementation improvement and restructuring) or can overthrow and ongoing reform (implementation reform and innovation). From the teaching perspective, if information technology is a powerful wand, so the teacher is a magician who handles this magic wand. From the aspect of education management and

34、 service, the other manipulating information wand is the school and the 9education system managers, they decide how to use information technology environment to improve the internal management and the communication between schools and education systems, and to improve education system of communicati

35、on and interaction with the external environment. The application of information technology is also facing the limitations and challenges from all sides, mainly in the following 6 aspects: 1 digital media skills training in teacher education is still relatively weak. the basic ability of digital med

36、ia for teachers is still far from being achieved . 2 Basic education must face the increasingly appear of complementary fusion of formal learning and informal learning ways. 3 The existing technology and teaching practice does not provide sufficient support for personalized learning. 4 The organizat

37、ion form and operation mechanism of the school will also become the major challenge of the new technology application. 5 compatible real-life learning experience serious shortage, the existing practice has not been evaluated realistic. 6 Many activities associated with learning and education takes p

This trend of development for us to actively apply to new ideas, new technology, to plan basic education informatization development direction in the new period, the standard of faciliti

40、es equipped and teachers ability construction problems have great reference value and practical significance. Education informatization is stepping into a stage of development from the point to the overall advancement. over the past 20 years of information technology, great changes have taken place in peoples way of life, but the way of teaching and learning has changed little. Innovation, reform and reconstruction education service industry in the informatization environment have become the focus of the current educational informatization development.
