47、也是一门艺术。教育教学理论也在随着时代的展变化而不断地发展。我们为了提高课堂教学实效，选择和采用各种教学策略，并不能够一味地求新求异，更不能为了形式的热烈而违背教学的一般规律。三、课题研究的实施情况1、前期调研过程中，我们发现，对于教师来说，虽然大部分数学教师对新课程标准所描绘的美好蓝图充满期待而心向往之，但在课堂教学中却又心存种种顾虑和困惑，最终采取敬而远之隔岸观火的态度，依然采取“穿新鞋走老路”、“新瓶装旧酒”式的课堂教学方法。同时，从学生来说，我校学生全部来自于农村，自律意识淡泊，良好的行为习惯、学习习惯等相当欠缺。针对这种现状，课题组一方面请教研室的有关专家来校讲座，另一方面建议学校并
