2、重要且实用的方面。本文选取它作为研究的主题， 以受众的多元需求作为研究的出发点，文中的所有考察都与受众密切相联。本文从三个层面： “宏观视角-网络新闻编辑思想与受众的多元需求”、 “中观视角-网络新闻编辑策划与受众的多元需求”、 “微观视角-党员自我评议总结http:/ 网络新闻编辑实务与受众的多元需求”进行分类研究。提出网络新闻编辑应该具有“全历史”、“全社会” 、“全受众”“全天候” 的编辑思想；指出 “开放式是网络新闻编辑的基本规律 ”；此外，本文还从“网络新闻策划的内容” 、“网络新闻策划的功能”、“网络新闻策划的特点”等几方面入手，探讨了经济功能在网络新闻策划中的“度”的把握的问题；
