3、局审批，市局在承诺期限内作出是否准予核准的决定。第三步：在承诺期限内，申请人可以到核名窗口领取企业名称（变更）预先核准通知书或企业名称驳回通知书 。五、申请材料:（一）企业名称预先核准1、 企业名称预先核准申请书 （含指定代表或者共同委托代理人授权委托书及身份证件复印件） ；（二）企业名称变更预先核准1、企业法定代表人签署的企业名称变更预先核准申请书 ；2、 指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明及指定代表或者共同委托代理人的身份证件复印件；3、营业执照副本复印件；注：1、中国境内具备法人条件的企业及其他依法需要办理登记注册的企业适用本规范。2、提交的登记材料一式一份。3、以上涉及股东签署的，自然人

12、quirement of Article 18 of Measures for Implementation of Administration of Enterprise Name Registration.9、企业申请预先核准的名称中的行业表述应代表其主要经营范围，企业名称不应当明示或者暗示有超越其经营范围的业务。The industry expression in enterprise name applied for prior approval shall reflect its main business scope, and the enterprise name shall not express or imply the business beyond its business scope.10、企业申请的名称预先核准通知书有效期为 6 个月，有效期满仍未登记或使用，核准的名称自动失效。The Notice on Prior Approval of Name is valid for 6 months, and the approved name shall automatically become invalid in case it is not registered or used as of the date of expiry.
