1、业务员薪酬及提成制度Salary and Commission system (Salesman)一、 总责 Total Responsibility本公司的薪酬模式以“新老同酬,以结果为导向”为原则。以月为单位进行考核,考核日期为每月 1 日至 31 日。公司行政人事部将根据员工考勤、绩效考核、奖惩制度制定当月的薪酬,具体如下:The company salary system is based on result only, no matter you are new or old in company, the fair status and the same chance you wi

Assessment date is 1st to 31th monthly, The company will calculate salary based on employees attendance, sales performance, reward and punishment.二、岗位薪酬制度 Salary system 1、 公司薪资采用月结形式,薪酬结算为每月 1-31 日,定于每月7 日发上月基本工资,每月 15 日发放上月提成及其他部分工资。Basic salary pay-day is 7th monthly, commission and other

3、part salary pay day is 15th monthly.2、 财务会向每位员工提供一份工资明细单,员工可于工资发放后一周内向人力资源部或部门负责人查询。You can check (Salary and commission paid details) from responsible person.三、岗位薪酬标准 Salary standard (except probation period employee)Level Performance target Basic salary(INR)1 12 Lakh RS.24000/.(1) 业务员基本工资由业绩完成情况决定

4、。业绩完成情况不同,基本工资工资等级也不同。Basic salary is based on sales performance, different sales performance, different salary level.(2) 业务员基本任务目标为 50 万卢比。如果连续三个月未能完成基本任务,本人将被约谈确认是否调整工作岗位或提前结束合同。Basic performance target is 5 Lakh/month. If salesman continuous 3 months cannot complete basic performance target, you

5、may be adjust your job position or cancel employment contract.(3) 业务员最高任务目标为 120 万卢比,如果连续三个月超过最高任务目标,从第三个月起,每月额外奖励 2000 卢比。The highest performance target is 12 Lakh/month. If salesman continuous 3 months completed the highest performance target, start from the third month, you will get reward Rs.200

6、0/month.四、 提成及奖励方案(包含试用期员工)Commission and reward standard (Include probation period employee)(1) 提成 Commission业务员提成比例由产品价格决定。产品价格以公司的报价表为标准。具体提成方案如下:Commission based on products selling price. All of our products price based on standard quotation. Details as below:(1.1) 售价低于公司最低价格标准,提成 1%。Selling pr

7、ice less than bottom price, commission is 1%. (1.2) 售价在最低价格标准和正常价格标准之间,提成 2%。Selling price between bottom price and normal price, commission is 2%.(1.3) 售价高于正常价格,以下部分提成 2%,以上部分提成30%。Selling price is higher than normal price, below to normal price part, commission is 2%, above to normal price part, c

8、ommission is 30%.(1.4) 如果商品售价低于最低价格标准,业务员必须提前向公司申请特殊价格。否则,你需要自己补足差价到最低价格。If selling price less than bottom price, you should to apply the special price before selling. If not, you need to make up the difference to the bottom price by yourself.(2) 奖励 RewardLevel Sales Performance Reward(INR)1 10 Lakh

9、 Rs.2000/.2 15 Lakh Rs.3000/.3 20 Lakh RS.5000/.(2.1) 业务员单月销售额超过 10Lakh, 奖励 2000 卢比。Sales performance more than 10 Lakh/Month, reward is Rs.2000/.(2.2) 业务员单月销售额超过 15Lakh,奖励 3000 卢比。Sales performance more than 15 Lakh/Month, reward is Rs. 3000/.(2.3) 业务员单月销售额超过 20Lakh,奖励 5000 卢比。Sales performance more than 20 Lakh/Month, reward is Rs. 5000/.This system will start from December 2017, into force after signature. XJS electronics Private Limited has the final interpretation. The company may revise the items in real time according to the actual situation and make timely notification.
