1、华中科技大学本科专业人才培养计划115公共事业管理专业本科培养计划Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Public Affairs Administration一、培养目标Educational Objectives本专业培养具备公共管理和人力资源管理基本理论和专门知识，掌握城市管理与城市政策的原理和方法，具备国际化视野，在城市经济、社会、交通、电力、供水、供气、体育、卫生、环境保护、社会保障等广泛领域任职的高级专门人才，特 别是人力资源经理或 顾问。This program intends to cultivate students with bas
2、ic theories and expertise of public administration and human resource management, principles and methods of urban management and policies, as well as international vision. Being senior specialists in public affairs administration, the graduates can hold posts in broad fields, such as urban economics
3、, society, transportation, electricity, water supply, fuel supply, sports, public health, environment protection, social security, etc., especially as human resource managers or advisors.二、基本规格要求Skills Profile本专业学生主要学习现代管理科学等方面的基本理论和基本知识，掌握现代管理理论、技 术与方法，接受科学管理方法、管理人员基本素质和基本能力的培养和训练，能从事城市公共部门的人力资源管理工
4、作，具有规划、协调、 组织和决策方面的基本能力。毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：1. 掌握管理学、经济学、社会学等 现代社会科学的基本理 论和基本知识；2. 具有适应办公自动化，应用管理信息系统所必须的定量分析和应用计算机的技能；3. 熟悉我国有关城市管理、城市 规划、城市建 设等方面的法律法 规、方 针政策及制度；4. 掌握人力资源管理的基本方法和技能；5. 具有较强的社会调查能力、数据的搜集和处理能力、 统计 分析的能力；6. 掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法，具有初步的科学研究和 实际工作能力。In this program, students mainly learn basic
