4、attitude. The correctness of the grammar, punctuation and spelling is the basic requirement in business writing. Conciseness is the requirement of using the least necessary words to conclude the whole contents without the avoidance of the courtesy and completeness. Clarity refers to the adequate exp
5、ression and the easily understandable writing structure, which allows readers to understand the purpose and information of the writer at the first time. The aim of business letter is to make a concreteness of communication between two parties. In order to get the satisfied rely from the readers, the

The application of the principle refers to thinking considerably about the target person and express affirmatively based on the principle of You-attitude, to be accurate and cautious in the writing of business documents, to use the most conci

Euphemism which shows the respect and politeness to the readers is one of the major requirements of business writing. And it includes the writing style of the imperative sentences with “please”, conditional sentences and the subjunctive mood, flexibility use of the passive voice and the integration of affirmative sentence and negative sentence
