3、.java 从精通到入门: 清华大学出版社，2010 年太原科技大学毕业设计（论文）I电子商务平台售后服务管理系统的设计与实现摘 要在进入信息时代以来，随网络技术与电脑的日逐发达，电子商务的空前发展，企业之间的竞争已经逐渐地从有形的市场转向了网络化。而相对应的售后管理也逐步进入了信息化轨道售后服务管理系统就是这样应运而生了。 网上交易售后服务管理系统是为了增强网上交易售后服务管理能力而设计开发出来的。系统设计的目的是为了对网上交易售后服务信息实现统一管理，提供网上交易售后服务信息，为决策提供支持，给用户及时沟通需要提供方便，配合与其它系统的工作。 在系统的需求分析过程阶段，我采用可运行原型系统
4、法获取用户需求，根据用户需求设计，在以往类似项目的基础之上，确定系统功能需求。根据需求分析过程获取的功能需求，设计系统类图，确定各类之间的关系等等，对系统进行详细分析。 在系统实现过程中，使用 JSP 开发语言，采用 Myeclipse 的开发工具，数据库采用SQL Server 2005。 本文通过分析国内及国外网上交易售后服务管理系统的现状，提出了一个基于Internet 的网上交易售后服务管理系统的体系结构。本课题开发的网上交易售后服务管理系统内容主要有: 商品销售信息管理、商品售后信息管理、投诉信息管理。系统的建立目的是在将与网上交易售后服务管理相关的数据统一起来，给企业管理人员在进行
