5、内容介 绍本期研修班包括专题讲座、外地参观考察两部分。研修班专题讲座将向发展中国家从事农业灌溉的管理、教学及科研人员介绍中国传统文化与中国的基本国情、中国与国际灌溉发展概况与灌溉管理经验、农业用水政策、农业灌溉用水管理模式、流域水土资源管理、灌区工程管理和维护、灌溉工程的计划管理、项目管理及评估（环境、生态影响评价）、中国典型灌溉系统的建设、运行与管理、灌溉与粮食安全和农村发展等。研修班官员还将参观考察历史悠久闻名遐迩的，位于中国内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔盟南部的河套灌区及其周边灌溉发展状况，与河套灌区管理局、地方政府官员、灌溉管理专家座谈，并参观相关实验站点。3Project Descriptio

Experien
13、cing 107 years of its history, China Agricultural University has turned to be the top level university with its unique feature in agronomy, life sciences and agricultural engineering, especially in agricultural academic research. CAU is composed of 14 colleges involving in nine categories of agronom
14、y, engineering, science, economics, management, law, literature, medicine and philosophy. In addition, CAU owns 12 key state disciplines. A number of key labs were also established in CAU including 3 state key labs, 1 state key engineering lab, 29 key ministerial labs, 5 state research centers, and
15、19 ministerial research centers. CAU is proud of having a strong and highly qualified faculty team with 1546 members in total. Among them, there are 11 Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 502 professors and 733 associate professors.The Internationa
16、l Center for Training in Agriculture of CAU is equipped with modern facilities, and its staff has demonstrated high potentials and initiatives in project management. Since its establishment in 1993, the total of 65 training courses in agriculture has been successfully organized by the center and ove

Since 2001, China Agricultural University has organized 28 international training courses for the developing countries, and 682 participants from the developing countries have received v

All the training activities have attached high importance for the human resource development and the development of agricultural technology and management for the developing countries as well as the promotion of friendship, technical exchange and cooperation in agricul
19、ture between China and the developing countries.6Seminar ContentThe Seminar includes two parts: lectures and field trips. Series of lectures will be delivered to participants from developing countries. The main contents of the lectures include brief introduction of China, agricultural irrigation and
20、 management, agricultural irrigation technology and equipment, progress of South North Water Transfer Project of China, discussions on comparison of irrigation management, development and multi-functional roles of irrigation in China, irrigation management for main agricultural crops in Southern Chi
21、na, cultivation technologies for water retention and saving, water resources management and water saving irrigation technology in China, water management in irrigation district, water use management in agriculture, planning and designing of irrigation projects, water saving irrigation equipment in C
22、hina, etc.During the seminar, field trips will be made to Inner Mongolia, where participants will visit Hetao Irrigation District, one of the most famous and historical irrigation areas, and meet local government officials and irrigation management experts as well as visit the surrounding irrigation areas.
