1、1国际商学院金融学专业培养方案Finance ProgramInternational Business Collage一、培养目标 培养精通英语，具备跨文化背景和全球视野，具备经济、金融、管理和法律基础知识以及金融学专业知识、专业理论、专业技能和综合能力，具备较强的专业综合素质与能力、实践能力、创新能力，具备健康的个性品质和良好的社会适应能力，能够在金融行业，特别是房地产金融行业进行投融资分析和决策，并从事相关专业管理的高素质、复合型人才。Educational AimThis program aims to meet the requirements of talents who can

4、能力、创新能力、房地产投融资分析决策能力及其相关专业管理的能力。知识结构：A1：掌握经济学、金融学、管理学的基本理论、基本知识和基本方法；A2：掌握金融专业领域的专业知识、专业技术和方法，熟悉经济领域内资金融通的运动及其规律；A3：熟悉国情，掌握国家有关经济、金融和房地产的方针、政策和法律法2规；A4：了解金融学科的理论前沿，了解国际金融的最新实践动态；能力结构：B1：具备综合运用上述几个方面的理论、知识、技术和方法从事金融活动和相关专业管理的基本能力；B2：能够较好地运用数学、统计学等分析方法以及现代信息技术对经济、金融、管理问题进行分析研究；B3：具备较强的外语听、说、读、写、译能力，熟练
