The trailer shall reveal a
9、sufficient level of the plot for the jury to get a feel about the story. The complete script. An electronic copy of the application form, a non-passport picture of the director, five screen shots of the submitted work, and 1-2 posters (60cm x 80cm, in JPG format and with a resolution of 300pdi) of t

An application form with the signature of the participant shall be submitted to the organizing committee together with the animation work. 2 Animation TV series A 3-minute (or less) trailer that comes in either MOV, AVI or MPG format, with the original resolution not lower than 72
11、0*576 and a H.264 compression code. The trailer shall reveal a sufficient level of the plot for the jury to get a feel about the story. For works with the length of each episode not exceeding five minutes, three completed episodes shall be submitted for the assessment. An electronic copy of three co

For works with the length of each episodes topping 12 minutes, a complete version of episode outlines (within 200 words for each) shall also be submitted. Animation scripts For animated features and short films, a printed and electronic copy of the synopsis in Chinese and the complete script shall be submitted to the organizing committee. For TV series, a synopsis in Chinese and the script of the fir

18、r with the animation work. 5. Cartoon characters A 30-second sample that shows the cartoon character(s), and 10 different JPG pictures that show the front, back and side of the character(s). For the comic session of the competition, 10 illustrations that shows the image of the cartoon characters and
19、 come with corresponding background and plot shall be sent to the organizing committee, together with 10 different JPG pictures that show the front, back and side of the character(s). An application form with the signature of the participant shall be submitted to the organizing committee together with the animation work. 四、 Special remarks 1、 The content of the submitted work shall be positive a
23、nd shall not include anything related to violence, murder, obscene images, anarchism or affronts to religion. 2、 The participant shall be the owner of the copyright of the submitted work(s) or the recipient of the copyright of the submitted work(s) designated by the original owner. In case of copyri
24、ght violation regarding the submitted work(s), the participant will be disqualified from the competition and will take all ensuing legal responsibility. 3、 Works that have taken part in the Monkey King Award in previous CICAFs are not qualified to compete for the same award. 4、 Works submitted for t
25、he Monkey King Award are automatically considered for entry into the CICAF collection. The organizing committee reserves the right for the displaying and exhibition of the submissions. Theoretically, the organizing committee takes no responsibility to send the submission back to the participant, unl
