After 72 class hours teaching practice, the paper put forward that the sports dance teaching must pay attention to the practice of “body feeling“ , to motivate the students interest on sports dance, to focus on improving the students “thi
3、nking“ learning ability. The paper tries to provide a theoretical basis to improve the teaching system and teaching quality of the sports dance course in colleges. The author of 16 has been offering sport dancin
7、g course in school ( including university, college, higher vocational colleges, teaching syllabus ) is only about 9, which has a complete teaching outline, teaching material, teaching content is 3, there are 4 schools of teaching content for ballroom dancing, 2 for fitness dance and body shape dance

The ordinary university public physical education class teaching hours are limited, and the sports dance style 3variety, how to reasonably select teaching content and how to teach, can in the limited hours make no dance students master this
9、 fitness project, is currently placed in front of the difficult problem of teachers. So how to make the university sports dance course better completion of “ lifelong physical education“ teaching objectives, the need to further strengthen the theory study, proposed that the corresponding teaching id

Therefore, combination of routine teaching content should be chosen according to the ordinary universities sports class is relatively less, students based on difference features, combined with the society and their own needs, from set out actually, reasonable fixed position, in the selection of
