Any point of the network is connected to at least two lines so that the communication can be completed by other
8、 lines in case of failure of any line, which improves its reliability. At the same time, its easy to expand network. Judged from the development trend of the industry, traditional network will gradually be replaced by 3distributed one as the control center, which will provide diversified application
9、 platforms for users. Advantages and Disadvantages of Distributed Network Distributed network, usually used as the platform of the office automation in enterprise, creates an operating system of multi-sites mode, which provides various application functions for users to process data 2. 10、term popularization and application, users have, to some extent, known the functions and characteristics of distributed network. Generally speaking, it has both advantages that are striking and disadvantages that need to be improved as follows: Advantages. Distributed network, which corresponds to t
11、he central control network and has no center, creates the operating mode with multi- network and implements uniform monitoring system (see Chart 2), in which way no overall failure can be caused due to the central destruction. In distributed network, nodes are interconnected so that multi-routes can
12、 be chosen for data transmission. For example, in the office automation system, distributed network is adopted by enterprises to regulate and control all sites, master the internal operation through local network, find problems as well as feed them back to management department- in that case 4effect
13、ive programs can be carried out to do urgent processing. Besides, it also reduces the burden of data processing assumed by major network since in distributed network, data is transferred to subnet for processing and then make concentrated report, which shortens the operation process. Disadvantages:
14、as users of computer network in China is relatively centralized, a lot of enterprises or individuals transfer various information through Internet. With the continuous increase of the number of users, network, including distributed network, is going to breakdown due to the running of overload flow w
15、hich causes huge difficulties for its regulation and control 3. Its disadvantages are as follows. Firstly, its not good for centralized management. Secondly, its difficult to control its safety. Formulation of Centralized Management Program of Distributed Network In terms of the development trend of the scientific research of computer, distributed network is bound to be a brand-new means of IT in future. In order to create a better environment of data processing, users need to formulat
17、e a 5practical and feasible management program based on disadvantages of distributed network, which can avoid the negative influence caused by the loss of important data 4. More emphasis should be laid on cost, maintenance, updating, operation, etc. during the centralized management of distributed n
18、etwork so as to improve its application value from various aspects. Concentration. Since a large-scale internet enterprise is aimed to improve the satisfaction of users and reduce the loss caused by network failure, internet makes all more convenient. As a result, websites that handle those tasks be
19、ar huge responsibilities. For some large-scale internet enterprises with complicated data center (DC), a network management software with strong function is required. DC is supposed to built in an enterprise to make centralized dispatching manage of office network resources (see Chart 3) according t

Regarding the safety problem of distributed network, DC can make uniform dispatching based on the requirement of users, make screening, distribution and storage of a great deal of data, solve problems in site transmission as well as promote the operation efficiency o
21、f network structure. Reliability. Distributed network is 6also called anastomose network represented by all-connected network. It can be calculated that an all-connected network with N nodes needs N*(N-1)/2 links. Therefore, when N value is great, the value of transmission link is also great while i
22、ts use ratio is low. In that case, to promote its reliability, a matching is needed to be made to the operation of transmission path in centralized management mode. Network that has disadvantages should not be used for centralized management. Safety. Safety is always accompanied by computer network
23、since the earlier single model of computer also have hidden safety problems5. In terms of distributed computer network, factors leading to risk include the anthropic, technical and equipment ones, which is the major cause for office network breakdown. For example, improper operation procedure of off
24、ice staff, random alteration of permission and instruction of distribution network as well as network interrupt caused by misoperation. In order to solve the potential safety hazard, targeted defensive measures should be formulated in centralized management. One one hand, identity authentication for
25、 office staff to login network should be strengthened and, meanwhile, the password of intranet should be set for security; on the other hand, permission should be set to database so that non-7management employees have no access to network. Sustainability. Office automation has become the advanced mo
26、de of enterprise operation and distribution network becomes more convenient in the application of office system. While creating distributed network, rather than arranging intranet 6 as per current office mode, more emphasis should be laid on the principle of sustainability. In operating the program
27、of network centralized management, the function and feature of distributed network structure should be concerned and macro-management should be made to network composition of each layer. For example, while issuing operation instruction, main network should detect the transmission state of signal in
28、time and send out alarm signal if abnormal data is found; distributed sites need to send the processing result to main network without delay so as to keep the smoothness of information transfer 7. However, with a complicated structure of its subsystem, distributed network is not good for centralized management of office staff 8and, moreover, theres a huge risk in network data

An enterprise should formulate centralized manage program and, based on core principles of centralization, safety and sustainability, lay emphasis on the centralized transform of dispatching of distributed network, which will
