The answer to this question not only has profound theoretical significance, but also has important policy implication. This thesis discussed the question by constructing a formal theoretical model, and obtain

The conclusion implicates that if redistribution of income policy are designed reasonably according to the economic development level, the goal of matchi

5、ianjin 300071) Abstract: With the increasing FDI inflows in China, scholars are focusing on whether current financial system is able to adapt to the influx of foreign investment. Using Chinas 28 provinces datum during 1990 and 2007, the paper analyzed the effects of financial distortion differences
6、on the FDI inflows with the System GMM. Empirical study found that the financial distortion differences of whole China and the east, central and west regions significantly promoted the FDI inflows during 1990 and 2007. The financial distortion differences of whole China and the east regions signific
7、antly promoted the FDI inflows during 1990 and 1999, while the effects in the central and west regions were not obvious. The financial distortion differences of whole China and the central and west regions promoted the FDI inflows significantly during 2000 and 2007, while the effects in the east reg
8、ions were not obvious, but restricted the foreign direct investment. Therefore, regional financial distortion differences will not promote FDI inflows constantly. 10、ulated and analyzed the relative specialized and diversified cluster, estimated the growth of total factor productivity with Malmquist index, and further analyzed the effects of industrial cluster transition on the total factor productivity. The results show that the eastern regions of China present
11、 the characteristics of balanced development of diversified and specialized agglomeration, while the central and western regions have relatively high level of professional concentration as well as single and non-equalization industrial structure, the total factor productivity of the eastern region g
12、rows faster, and that of the central and western regions is lagging behind, there are regional differences in the effects of relative specialized agglomeration and diversified cluster 4on eastern, central and western regions. Therefore, the paper proposed the recommendations that it needs to acceler
