For example, the popularity of it may even attract more people rather than dispel them. The stimulating activity might draw more young peoples attention and thus benefit the Central pl

To make the argument more convincing, the arguer should provide more concrete evidence of the facts, investigations of the effect of popularity of skateboarding to the sale decreasing and the changes and the trend of conditions. Otherwise the argument is logically unconvincing and unacceptable.
