Although these two images o

The father in “The Triumph of the Egg” is an easy-going person, though he is ambitious.

11、 He never yells at his son or his wife even when his career does not work well. When the father runs the chicken farm, there is a vicious circle from egg to chicken and full of death and tragedy. Faced with such a discouraged and depressed situation, father does vent his bad mood on his family but j

He just sees the great achievement some people achieved who was used to be a poor and nobody, such as Garfield and Licoln, rath

He just focuses on what he can get at hand. And

24、 this obviously differs from the father in “The Triumph of the Egg”.Certainly, every one has his own personalities and life focuses. Though these two fathers are all written by two male writers, they are still quite deferent. The father in “The Triumph of the Egg” has a strong desire to be successful and rich but mild and gentle. However, Father Abner in “Barn Burning” mainly focuses on the immediate interests he can get and he is also a harsh and powerful father.
