11、色，尤其是作为话务员，要求声音甜美、温和，态度和蔼。其实施过程是由一个学生作为 话务员，其他学生可以任意拨通电话并且询问：“Whats s telephone number？” ， 同时话务员回答：“ His/Her telephone number is.”。这项任务的设计主要是为了在 任务活动中让学生练习说 09 这几个英文数字，同时，这项任务活动的过程中所用到的句 型“Whats s telephone number？”和“His/Her telephone number is.”中， His 和 Her 是对上一节课形容词性物主代词的一个复习，而 “ s telephone numbe
